Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความคิดเห็นต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของพนักงานบริษัท สุราบางขี่ขัน จำกัด (2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นต่อการเป็นการองค์กรแห่งความสุขของพนักงานบริษัท สุราบางยี่ขันจำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลประชากรที่ได้แก่พนักงานของบริษัท สุราบางยี่ขัน จำกัค จำนวน 630 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโรยามาน่ ได้ตัวอย่าง จำนวน 250 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายและสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคาระห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าสถิติที และค่าสถิติเอฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความคิดเห็นของการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของพนักงาน บริษัท สุราบางยี่ขัน จำกัด โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยคือ ค้านใจสงบ ด้านน้ำใจงาม ด้านครอบครัวดี ด้านหาความรู้ ด้านสังคมดี ด้านผ่อนคลายด้านสุขภาพดี และด้านปลดหนี้ ตามลำคับและ (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีปัจจัยด้านอายุและรายได้ที่แดกต่างกัน มีระดับความคิดเห็น ต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขแตกต่าง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 โดยปัจจัยด้านเพศ ระดับการศึกษา สถานภาพสมรส ตำแหน่งงานและระยะเวลาในการทำงานที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับ ความคิดเห็นต่อการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของพนักงานบริษัท สุราบางยี่ขัน จำกัด ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this study were (1) to investigate opnions toward happy workplace level of employees in Sura Bang Yikhan Public Company Limited and (2) to comparing personal factor which made differently of opnions toward happy workplace level of employees in Sura Bang Yikhan Public Company Limited. The research population comprised 630 employees of Sura Bang Yikhan Public Company Limited. The research sample calculated using Taro Yamane consisted of 250 employees of the company, obtained by random sampling. A questionnaire was employed as the data collecting instrument. Data were analyzed using the frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. t-test and least significant difference(LSD). Research findings were as follows: (1) regarding opnions toward happy workplace level of employees in Sura Bang Yikhan Public Company Limited. overall was at high .Thesr factor of opnions toward happy workplace level of employees in Sura Bang Yikhan Public Company Limited. from maximum to minnimun were Happy Soul Happy Heart Happy Family Happy Brain Happy Society Happy Relax Happy Body and Happy Money (2) the differences in age and in come had different opinion toward happy workplace in Sura Bang Yikhan Public Company Limited on statistical significance of 0.05. Except a differences of qenders, education level, marital status, positions and working experiences did not have the different opinion about happy workplace.
