ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อขวัญของข้าราชการในกลุ่มเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับขวัญของข้าราชการในกลุ่มเรือนจำและทัณฑสถานเขต 3 (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อขวัญของข้าราชการในกลุ่มเรือนจำและทัณฑสถานเขต 3 (3) แนวทางในการเสริมสร้างขวัญของข้าราชการในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือข้าราชการระดับ 1-7 ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในกลุ่มเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3 สังกัดกรมราชทัณฑ์ จำนวน 470 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที การวิเคราะห์ ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว การหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์และสัมประสิทธิ์ถดถอยพหุคูณ แบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับขวัญของข้าราชการในกลุ่มเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3 ภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง โดยข้าราชการที่มีระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ระดับ ตำแหน่ง และรายได้ต่อเดือนต่างกัน มีระดับขวัญแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (2) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อขวัญของข้าราชการในกลุ่มเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3 ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้าน นโยบายและการบริหาร ปัจจัยด้านความยุติธรรมในหน่วยงาน และปัจจัยด้านความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง บุคคลในหน่วยงาน ตามลำดับ (3) แนวทางในการเสริมสร้างขวัญของข้าราชการในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3 คือ หน่วยงานควรพิจารณาการเพิ่มอัตรากำลังเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานในเรือนจำและทัณฑสถาน เขต 3 และปรับเพิ่มค่าตอบแทนเพื่อให้เหมาะสมกับสภาพเศรษฐกิจปัจจุบัน

The purposes of this study were to study (1) level of morale of officials working in prisons and correction institutions zone 3 (2) factors affecting morale of officials working in prisons and correction institutions zone 3; and (3) the approach to increase morale of officials working in prisons and correction institutions zone 3. Samples comprised of level 1-7 officials working in prisons and correction institutions zone 3, Department of Corrections, totally 470 samples. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. The findings were as follows (1) the level of officials working in prisons and correction institutions zone 3 were at high level, officials with different education level, working experience, position level, and salary had different level of morale with 0.05 level of significance (2) factors affecting morale of officials working in prisons and correction institutions zone 3 were policy and administration, internal justice, and interrelation factors, respectively (3) major recommendations on the approach to increase officials’ morale working in prisons and correction institutions zone 3 were : the organization should take into consideration the increase of manpower in prisons and correction institutions zone 3 together with the increase in compensation suitable for the living in current economic situation.
