| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการลงประชามติ ที่มีผลต่อการตัดสินใจในการลงประชามติ ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2550 ของผู้มีสิทธ์ออกเสียงประชามติในจังหวัดลำพูน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้มีสิทธ์ออกเสียงประชามติในจังหวัดลำพูน จำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าไคสแควร์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจในการลงประชามติ คือปัจจัย ด้านการรับทราบเนื้อหาของร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2550 จากสื่อต่างๆ ด้านความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับข้อดีของร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2550 และด้านความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับข้อด้อยของร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2550 (2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกระบวนการลงประชามติ ที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการตัดสินใจในการลงประชามติ คือปัจจัยด้านกระบวนการจัดการลงประชามติของคณะกรรมการ การเสือกตั้ง ด้านการรณรงค์ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชน “เห็นชอบ” ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2550 ของกลุ่มต่างๆ ด้านการรณรงค์ประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชน “ไม่เห็นชอบ” ร่างรัฐธรรมนูญ พ.ศ. 2550 ของกลุ่มต่างๆ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 | |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research was to study the personal and the referendum process factors affecting voting decision in the 2007 draft constitution referendum of voters in Lamphun province. The sample consisted of 400 voters in Lamphun province. Data was collected by means of questionnaires and analyzed by using frequencies, percentages and Chi-square test. It was found that (I) The personal factors which correlated with voting decision were the Draft Constitution of the Thai Kingdom B.E.2550 acknowledged from medias and the opinions about advantages and disadvantages of the Draft Constitution of the Thai Kingdom B.E.2550. (2) The referendum process factors which correlated with voting decision were the referendum management process of Election Commission and the public relation to motivate people to “yes” vote and to “no” vote in the Draft Constitution of the Thai Kingdom B.E.2550 referendum at a significance level of .05 | |
