Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรอนุปริญญาศึกษาศาสตร์ สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย วิทยาลัยชุมชนนราธิวาสในด้านคุณภาพของหลักสูตร คุณภาพการบริหารการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ และผลสัมฤทธิ์ของหลักสูตร ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ด้านคุณภาพของหลักสูตร มีวัตถุประสงค์สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของชุมชนและสังคม โครงสร้างของหลักสูตรมีการแบ่งหมวดสัดส่วนเนื้อหาและจำนวนหน่วยกิตเหมาะสม และเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรมีความสอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรและมีความทันสมัย (2) ด้านคุณภาพการบริหารการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ พบว่า การบริหารหลักสูตรอาจารย์ผู้สอน กระบวนการเรียนการสอน สื่อการเรียนการสอน และการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา มีคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับมาก และ(3) ด้านผลสัมฤทธิ์ของหลักสูตร พบว่า นักศึกษาชั้นปีสุดท้าย และผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา มีความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานในระดับมาก ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีความพึงพอใจต่อหลักสูตรอยู่ในระดับมาก
This research aimed to evaluate the Diploma Program in Early Childhood Education of Narathiwat Community College in three aspects: quality of the program, quality of the program implementation management, and the program accomplishment. Research informants included five experts, 27 instructors, 165 senior students, 131 graduates, and 28 users of the graduates. The research instruments were a questionnaire and an interview structure. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The research findings were as follows: (1) regarding quality of the program, it was found that objectives of the program responded to the needs of the community and society; in terms of program structure, the division of contents and the number of credits were appropriate; and the program contents were in accordance with the program objectives and were up-to-date; (2) regarding quality of the program implementation management, it was found that the program management, instructors, instructional process, instructional media, and measurement and evaluation had high level of quality; and (3) regarding the program accomplishment, it was found that the senior students and graduates were highly competent in work performance; and the users of graduates were satisfied with the program at the high level.
