โรคตับอักเสบบีเป็นโรคที่มีความสำคัญและเป็นปัญหาทางสาธารณสุข วัยผู้ใหญ่ที่ได้รับเชื้อไวรัสตับอักเสบบีนอกจากจะได้รับผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อภาวะสุขภาพแล้วยังมีความเสี่ยงต่อการแพร่กระจายเชื้อไปสู่บุคคลอื่น แนวทางการป้องกันโรคที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากที่สุดคือการให้วัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบี การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดทำคู่มือการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบีในวัยผู้ใหญ่สำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข การจัดทำคู่มือได้จากการทบทวนเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อจัดทำร่างคู่มือการฉีดวัคซีนและตารางการนัดฉีดป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบีในวัยผู้ใหญ่ สำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุข มีการตรวจสอบความตรงด้านเนื้อหาของร่างคู่มือโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3 คน ภายหลังการปรับแก้ไขได้นำคู่มือไปทดลองใช้กับผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบี กลุ่มโรงพยาบาลปิยะเวชช์ จำนวน 17 คน แล้วให้ประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้คู่มือดังกล่าว ผลการศึกษาพบว่าคู่มือการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบีในวัยผู้ใหญ่ สำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์และสาธารณสุขที่จัดทำขึ้นแบ่งเป็น 3 ส่วน คือ ส่วนบทนำ ส่วนเนื้อหา และภาคผนวก ส่วนบทนำ ประกอบด้วย ความเป็นมา ความสำคัญและวัตถุประสงค์ในการจัดทำคู่มือ ส่วนเนื้อหามีทั้งหมด 6 ตอน ได้แก่ 1) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับโรคไวรัสตับอักเสบบี 2) ความรู้เกี่ยวกับวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบี 3) วิธีการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบีในวัยผู้ใหญ่ 4) หลักการนัดฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบีในวัยผู้ใหญ่ 5) ขั้นตอนปฏิบัติในการเข้ารับบริการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบีในวัยผู้ใหญ่ กลุ่มโรงพยาบาลปิยะเวชช์ และ 6) คำแนะนำสำหรับผู้รับการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบีในวัยผู้ใหญ่ ส่วนภาคผนวก คือ ตารางการนัดฉีดวัคซีน สำหรับผลการทดลองใช้คู่มือพบว่า ผู้ที่ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฉีดวัคซีนป้องกันไวรัสตับอักเสบบีในวัยผู้ใหญ่ กลุ่มโรงพยาบาลปิยะเวชช์ จำนวน 17 คน มีความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดในทุกด้าน
Hepatitis B is an important disease and a public health problem. Adults exposed to hepatitis B virus will have their health directly affected and are at risk of spreading the virus to other people. The most effective prevention method is vaccination against hepatitis B virus. This independent study aimed to create a manual of hepatitis B vaccination in adults for medical and public health personnel. The manual was created by reviewing relevant documents and research results to make a draft vaccination manual and prepare an appointment schedule for adult hepatitis B vaccination for medical and public health personnel. The content validity of the draft manual was checked by three experts. After revision, the manual was pre-tested with 17 health-care practitioners involved in hepatitis B vaccination in the Piyavejj Hospitals Group; and then had their satisfaction assessed. The study indicated that the prepared manual of hepatitis B vaccination in adults for medical and public health personnel has three sections: introduction, content and appendix. The introductory section consists of history, importance, and objectives of creating the manual. The content section has six parts: (1) Knowledge about hepatitis B; (2) Knowledge about the hepatitis B vaccine; (3) Methods of vaccination against hepatitis B in adults; (4) Principles for making appointments for adult hepatitis B vaccination; (5) Procedures for receiving adult hepatitis B vaccination at Piyavejj Hospital; and (6) Recommendations for adult hepatitis B vaccination recipients. The appendix is the vaccination appointment schedule. As for the results of the manual pre-test, all 17 participants were satisfied with the manual at the highest level in all aspects
