Abstract
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ลักษณะการใช้จ่ายของผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับเบี้ยยังชีพจากรัฐบาล ในเขตอำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงา และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการใช้จ่ายของผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับเบี้ยยังชีพจากรัฐบาล ในเขตอำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงา
การศึกษาใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจากประชากรผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับเบี้ยยังชีพจากรัฐบาล จากองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นในเขตอำเภอเมืองพังงา จังหวัดพังงา จำนวน 370 ราย โดยการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญและใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และใช้แบบจำลองสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ ด้วยวิธีกำลังสองน้อยที่สุด
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่มีค่าใช้จ่ายในหมวดค่าอาหารประจำวัน
มากที่สุด คือ จำนวน 349 ราย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 94.3 ค่าใช้จ่ายเฉลี่ยต่อเดือนคนละ 2,531.08 บาท โดยมีส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 1,486.92 และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการใช้จ่ายของผู้สูงอายุที่ ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ได้แก่ อาชีพ รายได้ และเงินออม โดยผู้สูงอายุที่มีอาชีพจะมีการใช้จ่าย มากกว่าผู้ที่ไม่มีอาชีพ ส่วนปัจจัยรายได้มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกับการใช้จ่าย ในขณะที่เงินออม มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางตรงกันข้ามกับการใช้จ่ายของผู้สูงอายุ โดยค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การทำนายที่มีการ

The purpose of this study is to identify 1) the characteristics of the expenditure of the elderly receiving subsistence allowance from the government in Mueang Phangnga district area, Phangnga province and 2) factors that have effects on expenditure of the elderly receiving subsistence allowance from the government in Mueang Phangnga district area, Phangnga province. In this study samples of population of the elderly receiving subsistence allowance from the government from senior local government in Mueang Phangnga district, Phangnga Province amount 370 persons. By random, the accidental sampling and questionnaires were used as a tool to collect data. Descriptive statistics, such as percentage, average, and standard deviation, multiple regression model by least square method were used to analyze data. The result of this study revealed that 1) most of the elderly has the highest expenses in category of daily food. That is 349 persons of the elderly have 94.3 % of the average expense per month per person at 2,531.08 Baht. The standard deviation is 1,486.92 and 2) At the statistical significant level of 0.05, revealed that factors that had effects on the elderly’s expenditure were career, income and saving money. The elderly who had certain career would have higher expenditure than those who didn’t have career. As for the relationships between expenditure and income, it revealed that they were going in the same direction. While the relationship between expenditure and saving money was different, they were going in the opposite way. The forecast coefficient was adjusted to the appropriate, which refered to the ability of the 3 factors in explaining changes in the expenditure of the elderly was 0.738
