Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ทักษะดิจิทัลของข้าราชการครู และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับทักษะดิจิทัลของข้าราชการครู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ข้าราชการครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเลย หนองบัวลำภู จำนวน 321 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นจำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและทักษะดิจิทัลของข้าราชการครู มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.96 และ 0.95 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ การจูงใจและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การทำงานเป็นทีม การมีวิสัยทัศน์นวัตกรรม การบริหารความเสี่ยง การมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งองค์การนวัตกรรม และการมีกลยุทธ์นวัตกรรม (2) ทักษะดิจิทัลของข้าราชการครู โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ความปลอดภัยทางดิจิทัล การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกัน การรู้เท่าทันสื่อและเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล และการสร้างสรรค์สื่อและเนื้อหาทางดิจิทัล และ (3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับทักษะดิจิทัลของข้าราชการครู ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ เท่ากับ .669
The objectives of this research were to study (1) the level of innovative leadership of school administrators; (2) the digital skills level of teachers and (3) the relationship between innovative leadership of school administrators and the digital skills of teachers under the secondary educational service area office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu.The research sample consisted of 321 teachers who were teaching in schools under the secondary educational service area office Loei Nong Bua Lam Phu, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on innovative leadership of school administrators and the digital skills of teachers, with reliability coefficients of 0.96 and 0.95, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient.Research findings showed that (1) both the overall and specific aspects of innovative leadership of administrators of schools were rated at the high level, and the specific aspects could be ranked in order from top to bottom as follows: the inspiration and motivation, the teamwork, the innovative vision, the innovative risk taking, the innovative creative, the creation of an atmosphere of innovation organization, and the innovative strategy, respectively; (2) both the overall and specific aspects of digital skills of teachers were rated at the high level, and specific aspects could be ranked in order from top to bottom as follows: the digital safety, the digital technology usage, the communication and collaboration, the digital media and technology literacy and the digital media and content creation, respectively; and (3) the overall innovative leadership of administrators of schools correlated positively with the overall digital skills of teachers at the high level (r = .669), which was significant at the .01 level of statistical significance.
