ความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรต่อการบริหารงานที่ประสบความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนมารีวิทยาจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ

Abstract

การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรโรงเรียนมารีวิทยา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษที่มีต่อลักษณะการบริหารงานที่ประสบความสำเร็จ และ (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่ส่งผลต่อความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรโรงเรียนมารีวิทยา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ บุคลากร โรงเรียนมารีวิทยา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ รวมทั้งสิ้น 116 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ ก่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบแบบที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ในการทดสอบ สมมติฐานผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) บุคลากรโรงเรียนมารีวิทยา มีความความคิดเห็นต่อลักษณะการบริหารงานที่ประสบความสำเร็จ ของโรงเรียนมารีวิทยา จังหวัดศรีสะเกษในระดับเห็นด้วยมาก (2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล อายุ, อายุการทำงานในสายอาชีพ, อายุงานในสถานศึกษา และตำแหน่งที่แตกต่างกันมีผลต่อระดับความคิดเห็นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05

The objectives of this independent study were: (1) to study the opinion level towards the successful management of Mariewitthaya School’ employees; and (2) to study personal factors affecting the personnel’s opinions of Mariewitthaya School , Srisaket Province. The population using in this study was 116 employees of Mariewitthaya School, Srisaket Province. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistical procedures for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Analysis of Variance in hypothesis test. The results of this study found that: (1) the opinions toward the successful management of Mariewitthaya School’ employees were at the high level; and (2) different age, years of working, years of education, and position significantly affected the opinion level at 0.05.
