Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาบทบาทการบริหารงานวิชาการของ
ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มกรุงธนบุรี สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เปรียบเทียบบทบาทการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มกรุงธนบุรี สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำแนกตามเพศ ประสบการณ์
ในการบริหารและขนาดของโรงเรียน และ (3) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของ
ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มกรุงธนบุรี สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและข้าราชการครูสาย
ผู้สอนจากโรงเรียนกลุ่มกรุงธนบุรี สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 291 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็น
แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .95 และแบบสอบถามปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์
ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความ
แปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า (1) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มกรุงธนบุรี สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร มี
บทบาทในการบริหารงานวิชาการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนกลุ่มกรุง
ธนบุรี ที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีบทบาทการบริหารงานวิชาการแตกต่างกัน แต่ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่มี
ประสบการณ์ในการบริหารและอยู่ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดแตกต่างกัน มีบทบาทการบริหารงาน
วิชาการไม่แตกต่างกัน และ (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาการบริหารงานวิชาการของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน
กลุ่มกรุงธนบุรี สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่สำคัญได้แก่ จัดทำข้อมูลสารสนเทศที่ใช้ในการ
บริหารงานวิชาการอย่างเป็นระบบ การจัดทำหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโดยยึดหลักการมีส่วนร่วม การพัฒนาครูเรื่องการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามศักยภาพของผู้เรียนและการส่งเสริมให้โรงเรียนจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
The purposes of this research were (1) to study academic administration roles of school administrators in Thon Buri Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration; (2) to compare academic administration roles of school administrators in Thon Buri Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration, as classified by gender, administrative experience, and school size; and (3) to study guidelines for development of academic administration of school administrators in Thon Buri Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The sample consisted of 291 school administrators and classroom teachers from schools in Thon Buri Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire consisting of the rating scale part with .95 reliability coefficient and the open-ended questions part. The statistical procedures employed for data analysis included the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. The research findings could be concluded as follows: (1) the overall academic administration role of school administrators in Thon Buri Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration was rated at the high level; (2) school administrators with different genders differed significantly in their academic administration roles; while administrators of schools of different sizes and with different administrative experiences did not significantly differ in their academic administration roles; and (3) the main guidelines for development of academic administration of school administrators in Thon Buri Group under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration were the following: the creation of an information system for academic administration, the creation of school-based curriculum based on the principle of participation, the development of teachers on learning management in accordance with the learner’s potential, and the promotion of the school to organize efficient learner development activities.
