Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลควนโดน ทางด้านการเงิน ด้านลูกค้า ด้านกระบวนการจัดการภายใน และด้านการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนา (2) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลควนโดน (3) เสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลควนโดนประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ มี สองส่วน คือ ส่วนทื่หนึ่งผู้รับบริการที่มารับบริการในโรงพยาบาลควนโดนจำนวน 13,230 ราย โดยสุ่มตามสูตรทาโร่ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 388 ราย และส่วนที่สอง คือ เจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลควนโดน จำนวน 110 ราย ในส่วนที่สองนี้เลือกศึกษาจากประชากรทั้งหมด เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและวิเคราะห์การทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การประเมินผลการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลควนโดนด้านการเงินนั้น รายได้ลดลง และค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มขึ้น ด้านลูกค้าพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้รับบริการในภาพรวม ด้านกระบวนการภายใน ภาพรวม และด้านการเรียนรู้และการพัฒนา ความพึงพอใจของเจ้าหน้าที่ปฎิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลควนโดน (2) ปัญหาในการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลควนโดนในภาพรวม พบว่า มีปัญหาด้านการเงินมากที่สุด คือ รายได้ค่าร้กษาพยาบาลเบิกได้ผู้ป่วยในลดลง (3) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของโรงพยาบาลควนโดน ควรให้โรงพยาบาล
ควนโดนหาแนวทางในการจัดเก็บรายได้เพื่อเป็นการเพิ่มรายได้และควบคุมการใช้จ่ายลงโดยให้ลดรายจ่ายที่เกินความจำเป็นลง เพื่อทำให้สภาพทางการเงินดีขึ้น ซึ่งส่งผลให้โรงพยาบาลควนโดนสามารถดำเนินงานต่อไปได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลต่อไปในอนาคต
The purposes of this study were: (1) to the Operational Evaluation of Khaudon Hospital in 4 aspects : financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective; (2) to the problems operational of Khaundon Hospital; and (3) to the recommendation for developing operational of Khaundon Hospital. The population in this study by 2 part; Part one the study population consisted of 388 customers (n=388) from total customer (n” 13,230); selected by using Taro Yamane or technique formulation; Part two selected all worker who working in Khaundon Hospital (n=110). The instrument used was questionnaires. The statistic used to analyze the data by computer programs were to the frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation; and t-test Analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: (1) the operation evaluation of Khaundon Hospital in four part were 1) The financial perspective revenue decreased and expense increase; 2) The customers perspective were satisfied with total service from Khaundon Hospital; 3)The internal business process perspective; 4) The learning and growth also worker in Khaundon Hospital; (2) Khaundon Hospital found financial problems in operation in most that revenue treatment to patients in withdrawal decreased; (3) 1-ed to the recommendation for developing operation of Khaundon Hospital; that Khaundon Hospital should increase its revenue while decreased its cost cutting. If that is earsied out, its efficiency and effectiveness should be on the rise in the years to come.
