| dc.description.abstract | การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับแรงจูงใจของพนักงานบริษัท พรเจริญ เทมเปอร์ เซฟตี้ กลาส จำกัด (2) ศึกษาระดับความผูกพันในองค์กรของพนักงาน (3) ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบความผูกพันในองค์กรของพนักงาน จำแนกตาม เพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา อายุการทำงาน อัตราเงินเดือน ตำแหน่งงาน และ (4) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจกับความผูกพันในองค์กรของพนักงาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) แรงจูงใจของพนักงานบริษัท พรเจริญ เทมเปอร์ เซฟตี้ กลาส จำกัด อยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ความผูกพันในองค์กรของพนักงานอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) พนักงานที่มีข้อมูลลักษณะส่วนบุคคลได้แก่อายุ อายุการทำงาน อัตราเงินเดือน ตำแหน่งงาน ที่แตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันในองค์กรแตกต่างกัน ส่วนเพศ วุฒิการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันมีความผูกพันในองค์กรไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ(4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างแรงจูงใจกับความผูกพันในองค์กรของพนักงานบริษัท พรเจริญ เทมเปอร์ เซฟตี้ กลาส จำกัด มีความสัมพันธ์กันในระดับสูงมาก โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .97 ที่ระดับ นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05 | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of personnel motivation at Pornjaroen Tempered Safety Glass Company Limited, 2) study the level of personnel organization engagement, 3) compare the organization engagement by sex, age, education, working duration, salary, position, and 4) study the relationship between the motivation and the organization engagement. The samples were 132 employees of Pornjaroen Tempered Safety Glass Company Limited, which the size was determined by using the ready-made tables of Krejcie and Morgan. The instruments were questionnaires about personnel motivation and personnel engagement with the reliability of .96 and .98, respectively. The statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation analysis. The results revealed that 1) the level of personnel motivation was high, 2) the level personnel organization engagement was high, 3) the personnel with different age, working duration, salary, and job position had different organization engagement with statistical significance at the .05 level while sex and education had no significant difference, and 4) the relationship between the motivation and the organization engagement was very high with the correlation coefficient of .97 which was statistically significant at .05 level. | |
