การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดบริการสารสนเทศของศูนย์บริการทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพทางการศึกษา คุรุสภา

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดบริการสารสนเทศของศูนย์บริการ ทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพการศึกษาของคุรุสภาวิธีการวิจัยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้คือ ผู้บริหาร ผู้ปฏิบัติงานคุรุสภา และผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพทางการศึกษาที่มาใช้บริการห้องสมุดคุรุสภาและวิทยบริการ ปีงบประมาณ 2553 จํานวน 461 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้บริหารผู้ปฏิบัติงานคุรุสภา และผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพทางการศึกษา จํานวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์และการจัดประชุมกลุ่ม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) รูปแบบการจัดบริการสารสนเทศของศูนย์บริการทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพการศึกษาของคุรุสภา ประกอบด้วย ด้านการจัดบริการสารสนเทศที่เน้นรูปแบบออนไลน์ ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อโดยการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก และ ด้านการประสานความร่วมมือกับภาคีเครือข่ายสารสนเทศ (2) ปัจจัยสนับสนุนรูปแบบการจัดบริการสารสนเทศของศูนย์บริการทางวิชาการและวิชาชีพการศึกษาของคุรุสภา ประกอบด้วย ด้านการบริหารจัดการ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ และด้านเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ

The purpose of this research was to develop an information service model educational academic service center for the Teachers’ Council of Thailand. The research used a mixed methodology. The population was executives and officials in the Teachers’ Council of Thailand, including educational personnel using the Library and Academic Service Center of the Teachers’ Council of Thailand. The samples were 40 executives, officials in the Teachers’ Council of Thailand and educational personnel. The data collection tools were interview forms, questionnaire and focus group meetings. The statistics used percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis. The research results revealed that the information service model educational academic service center for the Teachers’ Council of Thailand divided into two parts: (1) roles and duties of information service model educational academic service center: the Teachers’ Council of Thailand comprise the area of providing online based information services, public relations with media by coordination with internal and external organizations, and collaboration with information network; (2) factors supporting the information service model educational academic service center, which comprise the areas of management, personnel, budget and information technology.
