การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ประเมินความพร้อมด้านปัจจัยพื้นฐานของระบบการ
ดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน (2) ประเมินประสิทธิภาพกระบวนการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน
(3) ประเมินประสิทธิผลของระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน และ (4) ศึกษาปัญหา อุปสรรคและ
ข้อเสนอแนะเพื่อการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน ของโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่
การศึกษายะลา เขต 3
กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 36 คน ครูที่ปรึกษา จำนวน 234
คน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 385 คน นักเรียน จำนวน 385 คน รวม 1,040 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็น
แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า แบบทดสอบ แบบวัดเจตคติ และแบบบันทึกข้อมูล สถิติที่ใช้ในการ
วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความพร้อมด้านปัจจัยพื้นฐานของระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน
โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ผู้บริหารและครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือ
นักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และมีความตระหนักต่อระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนอยู่ใน
ระดับมาก การจัดสรรงบประมาณเพื่อดำเนินการโครงการ/กิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือ
นักเรียน โดยรวม เหมาะสมระดับปานกลาง (2) ประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแล
ช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (3) ประสิทธิผลของระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน
โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยผลสัมฤทธิ์การเรียนของนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับต้องปรับปรุง คุณลักษณะ
อันพึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับดี พฤติกรรมที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น และ
(4) ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ ครูขาดความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบ
การดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โรงเรียนขาดงบประมาณและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการดำเนินการ ข้อเสนอแนะที่
สำคัญ คือ โรงเรียนควรให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาครูที่ปรึกษาให้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในภาระงาน
เกี่ยวกับระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน
The purposes of this research were (1) to evaluate the readiness in terms of the inputs for the student help-care system; (2) to evaluate the efficiency of operation process of the student help-care system; (3) to evaluate the effectiveness of the student help-care system; and (4) to study problems, obstacles, and suggestions for development of the student help-care system in schools under the Office of Yala Educational Service Area 3. The research sample of informants consisted of 36 school administrators, 234 advising teachers, 385 parents, and 385 students, totaling 1,040 subjects. The research instruments for data collections were a rating scale questionnaire, a test, an attitude assessment scale, and a data recording form. Statistics for data analysis were the frequency, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings indicated that (1) the readiness in terms of inputs for the student help-care system was assessed as being at the moderate level, with administrators and teachers having overall knowledge and understanding of the student help-care system at the moderate level, and having the awareness concerning the student help-care system at the high level; and the appropriateness of budget allocation for the overall operation of projects/activities of the student help-care system was assessed as being at the moderate level; (2) the overall efficiency of operation process of the student help-care system was assessed as being at the moderate level; (3) the overall effectiveness of the student help-care system was assessed as being at the moderate level, with the students' achievement being at the improvement needed level, students' desirable characteristics being at the high level, and undesirable characteristics being in the upward trend; and (4) the main problems of the student help-care system were that the teachers lacked knowledge concerning the student help-care system, and the school lacked budget and materials and equipment for the operation; while the main recommendation was that school should put more emphasis on equipping advising teachers with knowledge and understanding on their tasks concerning the student help-care system.
