Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สร้างเครื่องมือประเมินความมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบสําหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 และ (2) ตรวจสอบคุณภาพเครื่องมือประเมินความมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบสำหรับนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูประจำชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 จำนวน 10 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีเลือกแบบเจาะจง นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 จำนวน 400 คน ได้มาโดยวิธีการเลือกแบบแบ่งชั้นตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นเครื่องมือประเมินความมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบ มี 2 ฉบับ คือ (1) แบบสังเกตความวินัยและความรับผิดชอบ (2) แบบวัดความมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ ได้แก่ ดัชนีความสอดคล้อง สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและสัมประสิทธิ์ แอลฟาของครอนบาค และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) เครื่องมือประเมินความมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบสําหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 เขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 ที่พัฒนาขึ้นมี 2 ฉบับ ได้แก่
แบบสังเกตความมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบ จํานวน 42 ข้อ แบบวัดความมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบ จำนวน 42 ข้อ (2) แบบสังเกตความมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบ มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง มีค่าระหว่าง 0.66 ถึง 1.00 ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างใช้เทคนิคกลุ่มชัด มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.89 และแบบวัด ความมีวินัยและความรับผิดชอบ มีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง มีค่าระหว่าง 0.66 ถึง 1.00 มีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างโดยใช้เทคนิคกลุ่มรู้ชัด มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.87
The purposes of this research were to (1) develop instruments to assess discipline and responsibility for Prathom Suksa VI students in Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4; and (2) verify quality of the developed instruments to assess discipline and responsibility for Prathom Suksa VI students in Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4. The research sample consisted of 10 purposively selected Prathom Suksa VI teachers in Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4, and 400 Prathom Suksa VI students in Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4 obtained by proportionally stratified random sampling. The employed research instruments consisted of two discipline and responsibility evaluation instruments: (1) The Discipline and Responsibility Observation Form, and (2) The Discipline and Responsibility Test. Statistics employed for quality verification of the instruments were the item-objective congruence (IOC) index, Pearson correlation, Cronbach alpha coefficient, and t-test. Research findings revealed that (1) two instruments to assess discipline and responsibility were developed for Prathom Suksa VI students in Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4, namely, the Discipline and Responsibility Observation Form with 42 items, and the Discipline and Responsibility Test with 42 items; (2) regarding the quality of the Discipline and Responsibility Observation Form, its content validity had IOC indices ranging from 0.66 - 1.00; its construct validity, based on the use of the known group technique was statistically significant at the .01 level; and its reliability coefficient was 0.89; regarding the quality of the Discipline and Responsibility Test, its content validity had IOC indices ranging from 0.66 - 1.00; its construct validity, based on the use of the known group technique was statistically significant at the .01 level; and its reliability coefficient was 0.87
