Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์ด้านการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการ บริหาร และ (2) ประเมินความคุ้มค่าทางการเงินในการลงทุนการตั้งโรงงานประกอบสายพานลำเลียง ของ บริษัทเพิร์ท คอนเวย์เออร์ จำกัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาเชิงประยุกต์โดยทำการศึกษา วิเคราะห์และคำนวณ จากข้อมูลในงบการเงิน และหมายเหตุประกอบงบการเงิน ของบริษัท เพิร์ท คอนเวย์เออร์ จำกัด ตั้งแต่ปี 2547 -2554 และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวกับอุตสาหกรรมสายพานลำเลียง โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ ทางด้านการตลาด ด้านเทคนิค ด้านการบริหาร และด้านการเงิน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ SWOT Analysis, The Five Force Model และเครื่องมือทางด้านการเงิน คือ ระยะเวลาคืนทุน ระยะเวลาคืนทุน แบบคิดลด มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ ดัชนีกำไร และอัตราผลตอบแทนของโครงการ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ความต้องการสายพานลำเลียงในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมมีแนวโน้ม เพิ่มสูงขึ้น จากการเปิดเสรีทางการค้า มีการใช้เครื่องจักรเพื่อทดแทนแรงงานคนเพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง จึงเป็นโอกาสที่ดีในทางด้านการตลาด สำหรับการศึกษาด้านเทคนิค พบว่า ควรตั้งโรงงานใหม่ที่ ถนนพัฒนาชนบท 3 (ร่มเกล้า) แขวงคลองสองด้นนุ่น เขตลาดกระบัง กรุงเทพฯ และซื้อ เครื่องจักรกลึง โดยใช้เงินลงทุนทั้งสิ้น 4,000,000.00 บาท ส่วนด้านบริหารควรจัดโครงสร้างองค์กร แบบกระจายอำนาจ มีการกำหนดคุณสมบัติและอัตรากำลังคนที่เหมาะกับหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ โดยมีการเพิ่มจำนวนพนักงานฝ่ายขาย และ ช่างเทคนิค เพื่อรองรับปริมาณงานที่มากขึ้น (2) ด้านการเงิน โดยการประเมินความคุ้มค่าของโครงการ พบว่า มีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 4 ปี 4 เดือน ระยะเวลาคืนทุนแบบ คิดลด ณ อัตราผลตอบแทนที่ต้องการจากการลงทุน 7% ต้องใช้เวลา 4ปี 6 เดือน มูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ เท่ากับ 5,578,833.33 บาท ดัชนีกำไรเท่ากับ 1.82 เท่า และมีอัตราผลตอบแทนของโครงการเท่ากับ 16.78% ดังนั้น จึงสรุปได้ว่า โครงการการตั้งโรงงานประกอบสายพานของ บริษัทเพิร์ท คอนเวย์เออร์ จำกัดมีความน่าสนใจที่จะลงทุน
This feasibility study aimed: (1) to analyze marketing , technical and management; and (2) to assess the financial value of investment in setting up conveyor assembly plant at PERT Conveyor company limited. This feasibility study was documentary study using PERT Conveyor company limited ’s financial statements, notes to the financial statements during the years 2004 – 2011 and conveyor industry data. The data analysis was on marketing, technical, management and financial feasibilities by using SWOT analysis, the five force model, and financial instruments included payback period, discounted payback period, net present value, profitability index and internal rate of return. The results showed that (1) the demand of conveyor in industrial factories was upward trend because of the trading liberalization and increase in using machines to replace labor in industrial factories. So it was the marketing opportunities. If the company invested in the project above, technical analysis showed that the plant should be located at Pattanachonabot 3 Road (Romkrow), Klongsaongtonnun subdistrict, Ladkrabang district , Bangkok and set up CNC Machine with the total investment of 4 million baths. In the area of management, the organizational structure should be decentralized, the qualification and quantity of personnel should be appropriate for their responsibilities, and the sales staffs and technicians should be hired more to support workloads; and (2) in the financial assessment , it found that payback period was 4 years and 4 months, discounted payback period was 4 years and 6 months, net present value was 5,578,833.33 bahts , profitability index was 1.82 and internal rate of return was 16.78% which meant the conveyor assembly plant set up project of PERT Conveyor company limited was attractive to invest.
