Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของครูในสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร และ 2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร จำแนกตามวิทยฐานะ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ทำงานกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษาจังหวัดชุมพร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 287 คน โดยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางสำเร็จรูปของ Krejcie and Morgan จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดสถานศึกษา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของครูในสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษา มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า 1) ระดับสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ความรู้ด้านดิจิทัล ทักษะด้านดิจิทัล และคุณลักษณะด้านดิจิทัล และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะด้านดิจิทัลของครูในสถานศึกษามัธยมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี ชุมพร จำแนกตามวิทยฐานะ วุฒิการศึกษา และประสบการณ์การทำงาน พบว่าในภาพรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the digital competency of teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon; and (2) to compare the digital competency of teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon as classified by academic status, educational qualification, and work experience.The research sample consisted of 287 teachers in secondary schools in Chumphon province under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon, during the 2023 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was a questionnaire on the digital competencies of teachers in secondary school, with reliability coefficient of .98. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and _One-way ANOVA.The research findings revealed that (1) the overall digital competency level of teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon was rated at the high level. When considering the specific aspects of digital competency of the teachers, they could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: that of digital knowledge; that of digital skills; and that of digital attributes; and (2) as for the comparison results of the digital competency of teachers in schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Surat Thani Chumphon as classified by academic status, educational qualification, and work experience, it was found that there were no significant differences in the overall digital competency of teachers.
