ทัศนคติและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้ารับการฝังเข็ม : ศึกษาความคิดเห็นผู้รับบริการทางการแพทย์ใน งามวงศ์วานการแพทย์คลินิกเวชกรรม

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1)ศึกษาทัศนคติต่อการฝังเข็มของผู้รับบริการทางการแพทย์ (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้ารับการฝังเข็ม (3) เปรียบเทียบทัศนคติต่อการฝังเข็มจำแนกตาม ลักษณะข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (4) เปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้ารับการฝังเข็มจำแนกตามลักษณะ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้รับบริการทางการแพทย์ของงามวงศ์วานการแพทย์ ที่มารับบริการระหว่าง 1 มกราคม 2555 -31 ธันวาคม 2555 เป็นบุคคลสัญชาติไทย อายุระหว่าง 25-69 ปี ไม่เคยได้รับการฝังเข็มมาก่อน จำนวน 140 คน การศึกษาทำโดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวม ข้อมูล ตัวแปรอิสระ คือ ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ตัวแปรตาม คือ ทัศนคติต่อการฝังเข็มและปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้ารับการฝังเข็ม ส่งแบบสอบถามทางไปรษณีย์ให้แก่ประชากรที่ศึกษาในช่วงเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ -มีนาคม 2556 มีแบบสอบถามส่งกลับคืน 112 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 80 แบบสอบถามที่ส่งกลับคืนมาถูกคัดออกจำนวน 9 ฉบับ เนื่องจาก 4 ฉบับตอบว่าเคยได้รับการฝังเข็มมาก่อน และ 5 ฉบับไม่ตอบแบบสอบถาม นำแบบสอบถามที่เหลือ 103 ฉบับ มาวิเคราะห์ผลทางสถิติโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยเลข คณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ภาพรวมของประชากรที่ศึกษามีระดับทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อการปังเข็ม (2) ปัจจัยต่าง ๆ ที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้ารับการฝังเข็ม ได้แก่ ความเจ็บปวด ค่าใช้จ่ายในการฝังเข็ม การมีบุคคลที่สามออกค่าใช้จ่ายให้ที่ตั้งของสถานพยาบาล ชื่อเสียงของสถานพยาบาลและชื่อเสียงของแพทย์ ในภาพรวมมีผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้ารับการฝังเข็มระดับสูง (3) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบทัศนคติต่อการฝังเข็มจำแนก ตามลักษณะข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลพบว่า ประวัติครอบครัวมีผลต่อทัศนคติต่อการฝังเข็มในภาพรวมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (4) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้ารับการฝังเข็มจำแนก ตามลักษณะข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลพบว่า ข้อมูลด้านสุขภาพมีผลต่อปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความตั้งใจเข้ารับการฝังเข็ม ในภาพรวมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The purposes of this study were : (1) to evaluate the patients’attitude towards acupuncture therapy, (2) to examine factors affecting intention towards acupuncture therapy, (3) to compare the attitude towards acupuncture therapy classified by personal characteristics, (4) to compare the factors affecting intention towards acupuncture therapy classified by personal characteristics. The population of the study was patients of Ngamwonwang medical clinic who seeked medical service between 1 January 2012 – 31 December 2012, thai nationality, age between 25 and 69 years old, and no prior experience regarding acupuncture. The sampling size was 140. The study was done by questionnaires, the independent variables were personal characteristics, the dependent variables were attitude towards acupuncture therapy and factors affecting intention towards acupuncture therapy. The questionnaires were sent to all respondents by mail between February to March 2013. The 112 numbers of questionnaires were received, which account for 80 percent of the total sampling size. The 9 numbers of questionnaires were exclude because 4 had experience regarding acupuncture, and 5 were incomplete questionnaires. The 103 numbers of questionnaires were analyzed by percentage, arithmethic mean, standard deviation, independent t test and one way anova test. The results of this study revealed that (1) the overall attitude of respondents were positive, (2) the factors affecting intention towards acupuncture therapy such as pain, cost of accupuncture, third party payment, location of hospital, renown of hospital and renown of medical doctor were at the high level in overall, (3) with respect to comparison of attitude towards acupuncture therapy and personal characteristics, the result revealed a statistical significant at 0.05 in family history factor, (4) with respect to comparison of factors affecting intention towards acupuncture therapy and personal characteristics, the result showed a statistical significant difference at 0.05 in health factor.
