การเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 274 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางของเคร็จซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดสถานศึกษาและการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา มีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน ด้านที่ทำงานน่าอยู่ และด้านคนทำงานมีความสุข และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 1 จำแนกตามขนาดสถานศึกษา พบว่า สถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีการเป็นองค์กรแห่งความสุขของสถานศึกษาแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of being an organization of happiness in schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1; and 2) to compare the levels of being an organization of happiness in schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as classified by school size. The research sample consisted of 274 teachers in schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 during the 2024 academic year, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size and then simple random sampling. The sample size was determined with the use of Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research tool was a questionnaire on the being an organization of happiness of the school, with reliability coefficient of .97. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way analysis of variance, and Sheffe method of multiple comparisons. The research findings revealed that 1) both the overall and specific aspects of being an organization of happiness in the schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 were rated at the high level; the specific aspects of being an organization of happiness could be ranked from top to bottom based on their rating means as follows: that of the human relationship in work performance, that of the office being good for living, and that of the personnel being happy; and 2) regarding the comparison results of the levels of being an organization of happiness in the schools under Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as classified by school size, it was found that the schools of different sizes differed significantly in their levels of being an organization of happiness at the .05 level of statistical significance.
