ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศขององค์การกับความผูกพันต่อองค์การของพนักงานบริษัท เม็กเท็ค แมนูแฟ็คเจอริ่ง คอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับบรรยากาศองค์การและความผูกพันต่อองค์การของพนักงานบริษัท เม็กเท็ค แมนูแฟ็ดเจอวิ่ง คอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ(2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาสองค์การกับความผูกพันองค์การของพนักงานบริษัท เม็กเท็ค แมนูแฟ็คเจอริ่ง คอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานบริษัท เม็กเท็ค แมนูแฟ็ดเจอวิ่ง คอร์ปอเรชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ทั้งหมด 5,800 คน คำนวณ จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้สูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น 95% ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 350 ตัวอย่าง โดยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่การวิเคราะห์ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) พนักงานมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับบรรยากาศองค์การโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และพนักงานมีความผูกพันต่อองค์การโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาแต่ละด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และ (2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศองค์การกับความผูกพันต่อองค์การ พบว่า มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก (r = 0.773) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01

The purposes of this study were to investigate: (1) organizational climate and organizational commitment level of employees at Mektec Manufacturing Cooperation (Thailand) Company Limited; and (2) the relationship between organizational climate and organizational commitment of employees at Mektec Manufacturing Cooperation (Thailand) Company Limited. The population of this survey study consisted of 5,800 employees of Mexet Manufacturing Corporation (Thailand) Company Limited, calculated the sample size by using the Taro Yamane formula at 95% confidence level, yielding 350 samples, selected by simple random sampling. Data collection tools were questionnaires and the data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation; and the inferential statistics were Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient. The results of this study indicated that: (1) the organizational climate overall of employees at Mektec Manufacturing Cooperation (Thailand) Company Limited was overall and in each aspect at a moderate level. The organizational commitment was overall and in each aspect at a moderate level; and (2) the results of the study revealed that organizational climate was positively correlated (r = 0.773) with organizational commitment, with a statistical significance at the level of 0.01.
