Abstract
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ข้อมูลทั่วไป ข้อมูลทางสังคมและเศรษฐกิจของสมาชิกศูนย์ข้าวชุมชน 2) การดำเนินงานของศูนย์ข้าวชุมชน 3) ความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ข้าวชุมชน 4) ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ข้าวชุมชน และ 5) วิเคราะห์แนวทางการส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ข้าวชุมชน ประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษา คือ ศูนย์ข้าวชุมชนในจังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 6 แห่ง สมาชิกรวม 161 คน กำหนดขนาดตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน ที่ระดับความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้จำนวน 115 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายใช้การสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าสูงสุด ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย อายุเฉลี่ย 55.74 ปี ระยะเวลาเป็นสมาชิกกลุ่มเฉลี่ย 5.10 ปี ผลผลิตข้าวปี 2563/64 ได้แก่ ข้าวคุณภาพดีเฉลี่ย 23,624.37 กก. เมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวเฉลี่ย 14,316.67 กก. ใช้ต้นทุนเฉลี่ย 5,598.60 บาทต่อไร่ 2) การดำเนินงานของศูนย์ข้าวชุมชน ได้แก่ การวางแผน การประสานงาน การควบคุมคุณภาพ การดำเนินงาน การบริหารจัดการ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงาน ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งการพัฒนากลุ่มและการบริหารกลุ่ม และการจัดทำแปลงผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวเป็นความสำเร็จในการดำเนินงานมากที่สุด ส่วนปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความสำเร็จ คือ การควบคุมคุณภาพ และการประสานงาน 4) ปัญหาการดำเนินงานภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับน้อยที่สุด โดยพบปัญหาการควบคุมคุณภาพเป็นปัญหามากที่สุดและมีข้อเสนอแนะให้ส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับการประสานงานมากที่สุด 5) แนวทางการส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานของศูนย์ข้าวชุมชนโดยการบูรณาการระหว่างหน่วยงาน ควรถ่ายทอดความรู้เกี่ยวกับข้าวให้กับศูนย์ข้าวชุมชนผ่านวิธีการแบบผสมผสาน
The purposes of this research were to study 1) general, social, and economic date of community rice center members 2) the operation of community rice center 3) success in the operation of community rice center 4) problems and suggestions in the extension of the operation of community rice center and 5) the analysis of the extension guidelines in the operation of the community rice center The population was 161 members from 6 community rice centers in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. The sample size of 115 people was determined by using Taro Yamane formula with the error value of 0.05 and simple random sampling method. Data were collected by conducting interview and were analyzed by using statistics such as frequency, percentage, maximum value, minimum value, mean, and standard deviation. The results of the research found out that 1) most of the members were male with the average age of 55.74 years old and had the average membership time of 5.10 years. The rice productivity of the year 2020/21 was such as the average good quality rice of 23,624.37 kg. average rice seeds of 14,316.67 kg., and average production cost of 5,598.60 Baht/Rai. 2) The operation of community rice center, cooperation, quality control, operation, management, overall, were at the high level. 3) Successes in the operation, overall, were at the high level which the group development and group management and rice seed production. represented the success. creation, which, overall, at the high level. Factors related to success were such as quality control and coordination. 3) In the operation, the most influential factors toward success were quality control and cooperation. 4) Problems regarding quality control were the most problematic issue. They suggested the operational extension regarding the coordination at the highest level. 4) problems in the operation, overall, were at the lowest level. The most problematic issue was on quality control. Suggestion would be about the cooperative at the highest level. 5) The extension guidelines in the operation of the community rice center by integrating among agencies for knowledge transfer about rice to community rice center through mixed methods.
