คุณลักษณะที่ส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้ประกาศข่าวในรายการประเภทเล่าข่าวทางสถานีโทรทัศน์

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพที่ส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้ประกาศข่าวในรายการประเภทเล่าข่าว (2) ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อคุณลักษณะด้านทักษะการสื่อสารที่ส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้ประกาศข่าวในรายการประเภทเล่าข่าว (3) ความคิดเห็นที่มีต่อปัจจัยเสริมที่ส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้ประกาศข่าวในรายการประเภทเล่าข่าว และ (4) เปรียบเทียบลักษณะทางประชากรของประชาชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างกับคุณลักษณะที่น่าเชื่อถือของผู้ประกาศข่าวในรายการประเภทเล่าข่าวทางโทรทัศน์ของประชาชนในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่าง ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นว่าคุณลักษณะด้านบุคลิกภาพของผู้ประกาศข่าวในรายการประเภทเล่าข่าวทางโทรทัศน์ส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือในข่าวที่นำเสนอในระดับมาก (2) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นว่าคุณลักษณะด้านทักษะการสื่อสารของผู้ประกาศข่าวในรายการประเภทเล่าข่าวทางโทรทัศน์ส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือในข่าวที่นำเสนอในระดับมาก (3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความคิดเห็นต่อปัจจัยเสริมว่าส่งผลต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้ประกาศข่าวรายการประเภทเล่าข่าวทางโทรทัศน์ ระดับมาก และ (4) ประชาชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างที่มีระดับการศึกษาแตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้ประกาศข่าวด้านบุคลิกภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และประชาชนในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือตอนล่างที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ แตกต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้ประกาศข่าวด้านทักษะการสื่อสารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

The objectives of this research were to study the TV viewers opinion in the lower northeastern region of Thailand regarding news talk programs (1) personality factors of TV newscasters that affect their credibility; (2) communication skills factors of TV newscasters that affect their credibility; (3) other supporting factors that affect the credibility of TV newscasters; and (4) to compare the respondents’ demographic factors with their opinions on the factors that affect the credibility of TV newscasters. This was a survey research, using questionnaire. The sample was 400 residents of the lower Northeast region of Thailand, chosen through multi stage sampling. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t test and ANOVA. The results showed that (1) most of the respondents suggested that the personality of TV newscasters strongly affected the credibility of the news they presented. (2) the majority of respondents agree that the communication skills of TV newscasters strongly affected the credibility of the news they presented. (3) the majority of respondents consider that the supporting factors strongly affected TV newscasters’ credibility. (4) There was a statistically significant relationship at 0.05 confidence level between the educational level of respondents and their opinions about how much personality affects the credibility of TV newscasters. There was a highly statistically significant relationship at 0.01 confidence level between the age, educational level, and occupation of respondents from the lower Northeast region of Thailand and their opinions about how much communication skills affect the credibility of TV newscasters
