Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูผู้สอนกลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้การงานอาชีพและเทคโนโลยี ระดับประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3 จำนวน 159 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครู สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการจัดการเรียนการสอนของครูประถมศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาร้อยเอ็ด เขต 3โดย ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดในแต่ละด้าน ได้แก่ (1) ประเภทของภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นที่นำมาใช้ใน คือ ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นด้านการเกษตร (2) รูปแบบการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น คือ ครูนำภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นมาสอนที่โรงเรียน (3) การวางแผนการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นคือ สำรวจข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นในการจัดการเรียนการสอน (4) การเตรียมการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น คือ มีการเตรียมการประสานงานกับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง (5) การสอนโดยการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น คือ มีการศึกษากับภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น (6) สื่อที่ใช้ร่วมกับภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นคือ เอกสารความรู้ที่เกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาสาระที่เรียน (7) การประเมินผลโดยการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นคือ การประเมินหลังเรียน (8) ประโยชน์โดยการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น คือ นักเรียนมีความรู้ความสามารถและประสบการณ์ และ (9) ปัญหาและอุปสรรคในการใช้ภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น คือ โรงเรียนขาดงบประมาณ
The purpose of this research was to study the use of local wisdom in instruction of primary education teachers under Roi Et Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The research population comprised 159 teachers teaching in the Social Studies, Religion and Culture Learning Area at the primary education level under Roi Et Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the use of local wisdom in instruction of primary education teachers. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that primary education teachers under Roi Et Primary Education Service Area Office 3 perceived that their overall use of local wisdom in instruction was at the high level. When specific aspects of the use were considered, it was found that the items in each aspect of the use that received the highest rating mean were as follows: (1) in the aspect of category of local wisdom being used, the item on local wisdom concerning agriculture; (2) in the aspect of the pattern of using local wisdom, that on the teacher applying the local wisdom for instruction in school; (3) in the aspect of planning of instructional management concerning the use of local wisdom, that on the survey of the use of local wisdom in instruction; (4) in the aspect of preparation for instructional management with the use of local wisdom, that on preparation for coordinating with concerned persons; (5) in the aspect of teaching with the use of local wisdom, that on studying the local wisdom; (6) in the aspect of the media to be used with local wisdom, that on documents to provide knowledge on the learning contents; (7) in the aspect of evaluation of the instruction with the use of local wisdom, that on the postlearning evaluation; (8) in the aspect of the benefits of using local wisdom in instruction, that on the students obtaining knowledge, ability and experience; and (9) in the aspect of problems and obstacles of the use of local wisdom in instruction, that on the school lacking the budget.
