Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ต่อการให้บริการของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีที่เข้าใช้บริการของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต จำนวน 385 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการให้บริการของสำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่าความคิดเห็นของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีต่อการให้บริการของ สำนักวิทยบริการและเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏภูเก็ต โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 4 ด้าน และระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน ดังนี้ นักศึกษามีความคิดเห็น ในระดับมาก ได้แก่ ด้านการให้บริการ ได้แก่สื่อประเภทวัสดุหนังสือภาษาไทยจำนวน เพียงพอต่อการค้นคว้ามีความหลากหลายในทุกหมวดหมู่ และมีความสมบูรณ์ของหนังสือ ด้านระเบียบการใช้บริการ ได้แก่ ระยะเวลาการให้ยืมหนังสือแต่ละครั้ง 7 วัน มีความเหมาะสมมาก ด้านบุคลากรความมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ของผู้บริการ ได้แก่ ผู้บริการเป็นกันเองยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ด้านอาคารสถานที่และสภาพแวดล้อม ได้แก่ การจัดแบ่งพื้นที่ให้บริการเป็นสัดส่วนอย่างเหมาะสมและนักศึกษามีความคิดเห็นในระดับปานกลาง ได้แก่ ด้านบริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ได้แก่ การมีบริการสารสนเทศ ขั้นตอนดำเนินการไม่ยุ่งยาก มีความรวดเร็วในการรับสารสนเทศมีความเหมาะสมมาก
The purpose of this study was to investigate the opinions of undergraduate students toward the services of the Academic Resources and Information Technology Center of Phuket Rajabhat University. The research sample consisted of 385 undergraduate students who used the services of the Academic Resources and Information Technology Center of Phuket Rajabhat University, obtained by incidental sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on opinions of undergraduate students toward the services of the Academic Resources and Information Technology Center of Phuket Rajabhat University. Statistics employed for data analysis were the percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that the overall opinion of undergraduate students toward the Academic Resources and Information Technology Center was at the highly positive level. When opinions toward specific aspects of the Center were considered, they were found to be at the highly positive level for three aspects and at the moderately positive level for one aspect. The students had opinions at the highly positive level toward the following three aspects: the aspect of service provision, i.e. the available number of media in the form of Thai books was sufficient and covered various disciplines; the aspect of regulations for using the services, i.e. the regulation that the students can check out the books and keep them for seven days was very appropriate; the aspect of human relationship of the service providers, i.e. the service providers were friendly with a lot of smiles; and the aspect of buildings and environment, i.e. the service areas were divided into appropriate sections. Meanwhile, the students had opinions at the moderately positive level toward the aspect of service facilities, i.e. the availability of information service with the service provision process being not complex and appropriate resulting in the speedy receiving of information which was very convenient.
