การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้คณิตศาสตร์ เรื่องการบวกและการลบจำนวนนับที่ผลลัพธ์ และตัวตั้งไม่เกิน 100,000 สำหรับ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3โรงเรียนอุสาหะวิทยา จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนจากชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่พัฒนาขึ้น และ (3) ศึกษา ความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่พัฒนาขึ้นกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 จำนวน 40 คน ที่เรียนภาคเรียน ที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2557 โรงเรียนอุสาหะวิทยา จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือในการวิจัย คือ (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องการบวกและการลบจำนวนนับที่ผลลัพธ์ และตัวตั้งไม่เกิน 100,000 (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มี ต่อชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องการบวกและการลบจำนวนนับที่ผลลัพธ์ และ ตัวตั้ง ไม่เกิน 100,000 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่องการบวกและการลบ จำนวนนับที่มีผลลัพธ์ และตัวตั้งไม่เกิน 100,000 ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีประสิทธิภาพ 78.33/80.50 ซึ่งเป็นไป ตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) นักเรียนมีความก้าวหน้าในการเรียนจากชุดการเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าชุด การเรียนทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ที่พัฒนาขึ้น มีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก
The objectives of this research were (1) to develop an electronic learning package in the Mathematics Learning Area on the topic of Addition and Subtraction of Numbers with Augends, Minuends, and Outcomes of not More than 100,000 for Prathom Suksa III students at Usaha Wittaya School in Nakhon Sawan province based on the set efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of students learning from the developed electronic learning package; and (3) to study opinions of the students toward the developed electronic learning package. The research sample consisted of 40 Prathom Suksa III students studying during the first semester of the 2014 academic year at Usaha Wittaya School in Nakhon Sawan province, obtained by cluster sampling. The employed research instruments were (1) an electronic learning package on the topic of Addition and Subtraction of Numbers with Augends, Minuends, and Outcomes of not More than 100,000; (2) an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on student’s opinions toward the electronic learning package on the topic of Addition and Subtraction of Numbers with Augends, Minuends, and Outcomes of not More than 100,000. Statistics for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed electronic learning package on the topic of Addition and Subtraction of Numbers with Augends, Minuends, and Outcomes of not More than 100,000 was efficient at 78.33/80.50, thus meeting the set 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students learning from the developed electronic learning package achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the students had opinions that the developed electronic learning package was appropriate at the high level.
