Abstract
การศึกษาประสิทธิภาพการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านสินเชื่อของพนักงานของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดอุดรธานีมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) การปฏิบัติการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านสินเชื่อของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตรในจังหวัดอุดรธานี (2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านสินเชื่อของพนักงานของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร ในจังหวัดอุดรธานีจําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยประชากรคือพนักงานธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร ในจังหวัดอุดรธานี จํานวน 213 คน เครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่การแจกแจงความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าเฉลี่ยแบบสองทาง ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) การปฏิบัติการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านสินเชื่อ ของพนักงานของธนาคารเพื่อการเกษตรและสหกรณ์การเกษตร จังหวัดอุดรธานี โดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ใน ระดับมากโดยการปฏิบัติการในด้านการปฏิบัติตามนโยบายสินเชื่อ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดอยู่ในระดับมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย 4.21) (2) พนักงานที่มีปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลด้านเพศอายุ ตําแหน่งงาน และประสบการณ์การทํางานแตกต่างกัน มีระดับความคิดเห็นประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารความเสี่ยงด้านสินเชื่อไม่แตกต่างกัน
The objectives of the study were (1) to study the operation of credit risk management of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives in Udon Thani province; and (2) to compare credit risk management efficiency of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives in Udon Thani province by personal factors. The study was a quantitative research. The population consisted of 213 employees of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives in Udon Thani province. The data was collected by using a questionnaire and was analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and comparison of two means. The results showed that (1) the operation of credit risk management of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives in Udon Thani province was high and the compliance with the credit policy was the highest average score at 4.21; and (2) employees with different gender, age, position and working experience had no difference with credit risk management efficiency of Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Co-operatives in Udon Thani province.
