การศึกษาคันคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลและปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจของลูกหนี้ ของ บริษัท ฟรีเวย์เฮ้าส์ซิ่ง แอนด์ ลิซซิ่ง ชำกัด 2 ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจัยส่วนบุคคลกับการชำระหนี้ล่าช้าของลูกหนี้ และ ) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจกับการชำระหนี้ล่าช้าของลูกหนี้ของบริษัท ฟรีเวย์เฮ้าส์ซิ่ง แอนด์ ลิซซิ่ง จำกัด ประชากรที่ศึกษา คือ ลูกหนี้ที่ชำระหนี้ล่าช้าซึ่งมียอดค้างชำระเกิน 30 วัน ขึ้นไป จำนวนทั้งสิ้น246 สัญญากำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 152 สัญญา เคยใช้สูตรของ Yamane จำแนกได้เป็นลูกหนี้ที่ทำสัญญาในนาม นิติบุคคล 69 สัญญา และเป็นบุคคลธรรมดา 83 สัญญา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ไนการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ และ สถิติทดสอบไคสแควร์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า 1) กลุ่มตัวอย่างบุคคลธรรมดาส่วนใหญ่มีอายุมากกว่า 40 ปี มีอาชีพหลักคือ บริการรับจ้างรถโดยสารไม่ประจำทาง มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 7 ปี มีสมาชิกในครอบครัว 1 - 4 คน ปังจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจส่วนใหญ่ มีรายได้ต่อเดือนจากอาชีพหลักมากกว่า 40,000 บาท ไม่ประสบปัญหาในการประกอบอาชีพหลัก มีคำใช้ง่ายรวมต่อเดือนไม่เกิน 40,000 บาท และส่วนใหญ่มีหนี้สินที่อื่นนอกเหนือจากหนี้สินกับบริษัท เป็นจำนวนไม่เกิน 150,000 บาท ลูกหนี้ที่เป็นนิติบุคคลส่วนใหญ่มีทุนจดทะเบียนไม่เกิน 1,000,000 บาท มีหนี้สินรวมมากกว่า 1,500,000 บาท มีสินทรัพย์รวม มากกว่า 3,000,000 บาท มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 7 ปี มีจำนวนพนักงาน มากกว่า 2 คน ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจส่วนใหญ่ มีรายได้ต่อเดือนจากอาชีพหลัก มากกว่า 40000 บาท ส่วนใหญ่ไม่ประสบปัญหาในการประกอบธุรกิจ มีค่ใช้ง่ายรวมต่อเดือนไม่เกิน 80,000 บาท และมีจำนวนหนี้สินที่อื่นนอกเหนือจากหนี้สินกับบริษัท ไม่เกิน 50,00 บาท 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีความสัมพันธ์หรือมีผลต่อการชำระหนี้ล่าช้ของลูกหนี้บุคคลธรรมดา อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05ได้แก่ อาชีพและจำนวนสมาชิกในครอบครัว ส่วนลูกหนี้ที่เป็นนิติบุดคล พบว่าทุนจดทะเบียนมีความสัมพันธ์กับการชำระหนี้ล่าช้า และ 3) ปัจจัยด้านเสรษฐกิจที่มีความสัมพันธ์หรือมีผลต่อการชำระหนี้ล่าช้าของลูกหนี้บุคคลธรรมดา ได้แก่ ราชได้จากการประกอบอาชีพอื่นที่ไม่ใช่บริการรับจ้างรถโดยสารไม่ประจำทาง และปัญหาในการประกอบธุรกิจ ส่วนลูกหนี้ที่เป็นนิติบุคคล พบว่าปัญหาในการประกอบธุรกิจ และจำนวนหนี้สิบอื่นมืความสัมพันธ์กับการชำระหนี้ล่าช้า อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05
The objectives of this independent study were to study 1) personal and economic factors of debtors of Freeway Housing and Leasing Company Limited; 2) the correlation between their personal factors and their delay loan repayment; and 3) the correlation between their economic factors and their delay loan repayment. The population of this study was 246 debtors who had delayed loan repayment more than 30 days to automobile hire purchase business of Freeway Housing and Leasing Company Limited. The sample consisted of 152 loan contracts, calculated by using formulas of Taro Yamane. The former was 69 loan contracts who registered as a juristic person and the latter was 83 loan contracts who registered as ordinary persons. The questionnaire was used to collect the data. The analytical statistics used were frequency, percentage, and Chi-square. The study revealed that 1) most debtors of ordinary persons were higher than 40 years old and mainly worked as non-regular route public carrier drivers, with educational level of under bachelor degree, had experiences more than 7 years, and had family member of 1-4 people. For economic factors, most earned income from main career with more than 40,000 baht without problems on their main career. They had expense of 40,000 baht per month and most of them had other debts less than 150,000 baht. Most debtors of juristic persons had authorized capital of less than 1,000,000 baht with total debts more than 1,500,000 baht, had asset more than 3,000,000 baht, more than 7 years of working experience, and had more than 2 employees. As for economic factor, most of them earned income from main career of 40,000 baht without problems on their business. They had expense of less than 80,000 baht per month and had other debts of less than 50,000 baht; 2) concerning personal factor related to or affected the delay loan repayment of ordinary person with a statistical significance at 0.05 were career and number of family members, and the delay loan repayment of juristic persons was only authorized capital; and 3) as for economic factors related to the relationship or affected the delay loan repayment of debtors of ordinary person were income from work as non-regular route public carrier drivers and problems on their business, while debtors of juristic person were problems on their business and other debts with a statistical significance at 0.05.
