คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการธุรการสังกัดสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ในเขตพื้นที่ภาค 2

Abstract

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของข้าราชการธุรการ สังกัดสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ในเขตพื้นที่ภาค 2 (2) ศึกษาระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของข้าราชการธุรการ สังกัดสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ในเขตพื้นที่ภาค 2 (3) ศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการธุรการสังกัดสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ในเขตพื้นที่ภาค 2 และ (4) วิเคราะห์ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตที่มีผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการธุรการสังกัดสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ในเขตพื้นที่ภาค 2การศึกษานี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ประชากร ได้แก่ ข้าราชการธุรการ สังกัดสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด ในเขตพื้นที่ภาค 2 จำนวน 362 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้วิธีจากตารางสำเร็จรูป เครจซีและมอร์แกน จำนวน 191 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลแบบสถิติเชิงอนุมานด้วยการทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของข้าราชการธุรการโดยรวมอยู่ที่ระดับมาก (2) ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของข้าราชการธุรการ โดยรวมอยู่ที่ระดับมาก (3) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลจำแนกตามเพศ สถานภาพ อายุราชการ ที่แตกต่างกัน จะส่งผลให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานที่แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และ (4) ปัจจัยคุณภาพชีวิต ด้านสภาพการทำงานมีความปลอดภัยและมีการส่งเสริมสุขภาพ ด้านการทำงานและการดำเนินชีวิตโดยรวม ด้านความเกี่ยวข้องสัมพันธ์กับสังคม ร่วมกันอธิบายประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานได้ร้อยละ 55.70 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05

The objectives of this research were to: (1) determine the personal factors of administrative officers at the Office of the Attorney General in the Area of Region 2; (2) assess the level of quality of work life among administrative officers at the Office of the Attorney General in the Area of Region 2; (3) investigate the level of working performance efficiency of administrative officers at the Office of the Attorney General in the Area of Region 2; and (4) analyze the influence of quality of work life on the working performance efficiency of administrative officers at the Office of the Attorney General in the Area of Region 2.The population of this quantitative approach consisted of 362 administrative officers at the Office of the Attorney General in the Area of Region 2. A sample of 191 respondents was determined by using Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size table. The data collection tool was a questionnaire, distributed via Google Forms. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation, and inferential statistics, including t-tests, F-tests, and multiple regression analysis.The results indicated that: (1) the overall level of quality of work life among administrative officers was at a high level; (2) the overall level of working performance efficiency among administrative officers was at a high level; (3) different factors of personal such as gender, marital status, and years of service, significantly affected variations in working performance efficiency at 0.05 level, and (4) factors related to quality of work life such as work safety, health promotion, work-life integration, and social relationships could explained 55.70% of the variance in working performance efficiency, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level.
