Abstract
การศึกษาค้นคว้าอิสระครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสาเหตุความขัดแย้งของบุคลากรสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร (2) ศึกษาการจัดการความขัดแย้งของบุคลากรสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร โดยวิธีต่างๆ และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสาเหตุความขัดแย้งกับการจัดการความขัดแช้งโดยวิธีต่างๆ ของบุคลากรสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดกำแพงเพชรประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร จำนวน 6 คน ทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากประชากร ไดยใช้แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางสถิติโดยใช้ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกยาพบว่า (1) สาเหตุความขัดแข้งของบุคลากรสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดกำแพงเพชรในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลางโดขลำดับแรกคือ สาเหตุด้านความสัมพันธ์ รองลงมาคือด้านข้อมูล ด้านค่านิยม ด้านผลประโยชน์ และด้านโครงสร้าง ตามลำดับ (2) การจัดการความขัดแข้งของบุคลากรสำนักงานสหกรณ์จังหวัดกำแพงเพชรโดยวิธีต่างๆ ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายวิธีพบว่า ลำดับแรกคือ การจัดการความขัดแย้งโดยวิธีการประสานความร่วมมืออยู่ในระดับมาก รองลงมาคือวิธีการหลีกสี่ยงอยู่ในระดับมากส่วนวิธีที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลางคือวิธีการ โอนอ่อนผ่อนตาม วิธีการประนีประนอมและวิธีการแข่งขันตามลำดับ และ (3) สาหตุความขัดแย้งด้านความสัมพันธ์ านค่านิยม และด้านผลประโยชน์มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการจัดการความขัดแข้งโดยวิธีการแข่งขันมากที่สุด ขณะที่สาเหตุความขัดแช้งด้านข้อมูลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการจัดการความขัดแช้งโดยวิธีการประนีประนอมมากที่สุดและสาเหตุความขัดแย้งด้านโครงสร้างมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบกกับการจัดการความขัดแย้งโดยวิธีการหลีกเสี่ยงมากที่สุด
This study aimed: (1) to study the degree of preretirement preparation for teacher of secondary schools in Ratchaburi province; and (2) to compare the preretirement preparation for teacher of secondary schools in Ratchaburi province with personal factors. This study was a survey research. The population was 310 professional teacher of secondary schools in Ratchaburi province.Stratified random sampling was determined the sample size in each school of 175 officials by calculated with Taro Yamane's formula. The questionnaire was used as the research tool. Data analysis included frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way analysis of variance. The research indicated that: (1) preretirement preparation for teacher of secondary schools in Ratchaburi province in all aspects were middle level. So when considered each types, arranged average from high to low, were found that preretirement preparation of physical and mental health, and financial were at high level but preretirement preparation of use of leisure time, and accommodation were at middle level. (2) By comparing the preretirement preparation for teacher of secondary schools in Ratchaburi province based on the personal factors with different gender, age, married status, education, job’s position, working duration, congenital disease, monthly income, debt, and perception information of preretirement preparation in all aspects have not an impact of different of preretirement preparation.
