Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการด้านการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครแม่สอด (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการด้านการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัด เทศบาลนครแม่สอดจำ แนกตามโรงเรียน (3) ความต้องการของผู้ปกครองต่อการใหบริการด้านการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครแม่สอดกลุ่ม ตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครแม่สอด ปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 359 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นเครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเที่ยง .97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว เมื่อพบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ การทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจของ
ผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการด้านการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครแม่สอด พบว่าผู้ปกครองมีความพึงพอใจทั้งโดยภาพรวม และรายด้านในระดับมาก โดยด้านที่มีค่า เฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านบุคลากร รองลงมา คือ ด้านคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษา ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ ด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และด้านกระบวนการจัดการศึกษา ตามลำดับ (2) การเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการด้านการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครแม่สอด จำแนกตามโรงเรียน พบว่าความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการด้านการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครแม่สอดมีความพึงพอใจแตกต่างกัน โดยผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนหมายเลข 3 มีค่าเฉลี่ยความพึงพอใจสูงที่สุดและเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าทุกด้านมีความพึงพอใจ แตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (3) ความต้องการของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการด้านการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในสังกัดเทศบาลนครแม่สอด พบว่าผู้ปกครองมีความต้องการการให้บริการด้านการศึกษาในทุกด้าน โดยเรื่องที่มีความต้องการมากที่สุดและมีความต้องการเหมือนกันทุกโรงเรียน คือ การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เข้มงวด เพิ่มจำนวนครูให้เพียงพอต่อจำนวนนักเรียน ห้องน้ำที่สะอาดถูกสุขอนามัย การประชา
สัมพันธ์ที่รวดเร็ว ชัดเจน เข้าใจง่าย และต่อเนื่อง และการจัดการเรียนแบบบูรณาการพัฒนาทักษะชีวิตให้ผู้เรียนสามารถนำไปใช้ในชีวิตประจำวันได้
The purposes of this study were to (1) study the satisfaction of parents for Educational Services of Schools under Maesot City Municipality; (2) study the compare the satisfaction of parents for Educational Services of Schools under Maesot City Municipality. The independent variables were school and (3) study the needs of parents for Educational Services of Schools under Mae Sot City Municipality The research samples consisted of 359 parents by stratified random sampling method. The research instrument was a five rating scale questionnaires and the reliability coefficient was at .97. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, F–test and One–Way ANOVA and Scheffe’ method was used for pair comparison. Research findings revealed that (1) the satisfaction of parents for Educational Services of Schools under Mae Sot City Municipality were at the high level in over all and in many dimensions. The highest of mean was personnel dimension and the quality of education, school public relations, school facilities, learning process were followed. (2) Comparison of parents’ Satisfaction for Educational Services of Schools under Mae Sot City Municipality found that the approval of parents to provide the education of The Mae are very satisfied with the parents of the students the school number three, the average Satisfaction at the bottomof it, found that all sides are very satisfied with the difference statistically Significant at .05 (3) The needs of parents to provide the education of the “Mae Sot, it was found that it is the need for education in all aspects. Each of the needs of the worst and in every school is the activities,increasing the number of teachers to the number of students, the washroom clean and hygienic, the public relations quickly how easy and continuously, learning integration developing life skills can be used in everyday life.
