การพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนวิชามารยาทและการสมาคม เรื่องมารยาทในการแสดงความเคารพ สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 ของวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีอีสานเหนือ จังหวัดอุดรธานี

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนวิชามารยาทและการสมาคม เรื่องมารยาทในการแสดงความเคารพสำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศ นียบัตรวิชาชีพ ชั้นปีที่ 1 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าว หน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนระดับประกาศณียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 1 ของวิทยาลัยเทค โนโลยีอีสานเหนือที่กำลังศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 39 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่มเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ ช่วยสอน วิชามารยาทและการสมาคม เรื่องมารยาทในการแสดงความเคารพ (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน และแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนวิชามารยาท และการสมาคม เรื่องมารยาทในการแสดงความเคารพ มีประสิทธิภาพ 79.00/81.33 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่องมารยาทในการแสดงความเคารพ มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องมารยาทในการแสดงความเคารพมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

The objectives of this research were (1) to develop a computer assisted instruction program in the Social Etiquette Course on the topic of Social Etiquette for Paying Respect for first year Vocational Certificate students of E-sarn Nuae Technological College in Udon Thani province based on the predetermined efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of the students learning from the developed computer assisted instruction program; and (3) to study the opinions of the students learning from the developed computer assisted instruction program. The research sample consisted of 39 first year Vocational Certificate students of E-sarn Nuae Technological College in Udon Thani province, obtained by cluster random sampling. The employed research instruments comprised (1) a computer assisted instruction program in the Social Etiquette Course on the topic of Social Etiquette for Paying Respect, (2) two parallel forms of a learning achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing, and (3) a questionnaire on student’s opinions toward the computer assisted instruction program. Statistics for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed computer assisted instruction program in the Social Etiquette Course on the topic of Social Etiquette for Paying Respect was efficient at 79.00/81.33, thus meeting the 80/80 efficiency criterion; (2) the students learning from the computer assisted instruction program on the topic of Social Etiquette for Paying Respect achieved learning progress at the .05 level of statistical significance; and (3) the students had opinions that the computer assisted instruction program on the topic of Social Etiquette for Paying Respect was appropriate at the high level.
