Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการบริหารตามหลักอำนวยความสะดวกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่ การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 3 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบการบริหารตามหลักอำนวยความสะดวกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 3 จำแนกขนาดของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครูในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 3 จำแนกเป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 32 คน และครู จำนวน 248 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 280 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการบริหารตามหลักอำนวยความสะดวกในสถานศึกษา แบบสอบถามมีความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .967 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่าง ค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การบริหารตามหลักอำนวยความสะดวกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่าทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารตามหลักอำนวยความสะดวกในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษายะลา เขต 3 จำแนกตามขนาดของสถานศึกษา ทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The objectives of this study were (l)to study administration based on the principle of facilitation in schools under Yala Primary Education Service Area Office 3; and (2) to compare administration based on the principle of facilitation classified by school sizes under Yala Primary Education Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of 32 administrators and 248 teachers in schools under Yala Primary Education Service Area Office 3, selected by stratified random sampling with totaling 280 samples. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire consisting of two parts: checklist and five rating scale. The questionnaire reliability was .967. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method. The research results were 1) the overall and each aspects of opinions towards administration, based on the principle of facilitation in schools, were at high level, and 2) a comparison of the overall and each aspects for administration based on the principle of facilitation classified by school sizes were different at a statistically significant level of .05.
