Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม 2) การเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมกับการเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา และ 4) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมที่ส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 จำนวน 302 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นดำเนินการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นตามขนาดสถานศึกษาและสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าเกี่ยวกับการบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมและการเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัลของสถานศึสกษา มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ .92 และ .93 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยอย่างง่าย ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า 1) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 2) การเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษา ในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัลของสถานศึกษาในระดับปานกลาง ( r = .46) และ 4) การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วมส่งผลต่อการเป็นองค์กรดิจิทัล โดยมีอำนาจร่วมกันพยากรณ์ได้ร้อยละ 20.80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The objectives of this research were to study 1) the participative management; 2) the digital organization of schools; 3) the relationship between the participative management and the digital organization of schools; and 4) the participative management affecting the digital organization of schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 The sample group consisted of 302 teachers in schools under Samut Prakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, obtained by stratified random sampling based on school size. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire dealing with the participative management of schools and the digital organization of schools, with reliability coefficients of .92 and .93, respectively. The statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and simple regression analysisResearch findings were as follows: 1) the overall and each aspect of the participative management were rated at the high level; 2) the overall and each aspect of the digital organization of schools were at the highest level; 3) the participative management correlated positively with the digital organization of schools at a moderate level (r = .46|) and 4) the participative management was affecting the digital organization of schools. The participative management was significant predictors of the digital organization of schools and they could explain 20.08% of the variance (p = .01)
