Abstract
การศึกษาในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ลักษณะของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจเช่าชุดราตรี (2) ระดับความสำคัญของปัจจัยการเลือกทำเลที่ตั้งธุรกิจการเช่าชุดราตรี (3) เปรียบเทียบความสำคัญของปัจจัยในการเลือกทำเลที่ตั้งของธุรกิจการเช่าชุดราตรี จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรจำนวน 70 ราย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สถิติ เชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที ค่าเอฟ และทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ลักษณะทั่วไปของผู้ประกอบธุรกิจส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงและอายุ ระหว่าง 26 - 35 ปี ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ระยะเวลาการเปิดดำเนินการของกิจการอยู่ในช่วงจำนวน 1 - 3 ปี มีจำนวนชุดราตรีที่ให้บริการเช่า จำนวน 100 - 300 ชุด โดยมีรายได้จากการเช่าโดยเฉลี่ยต่อปี 200,000 - 500,000 บาท จำนวนพนักงานในธุรกิจ จำนวน 1 - 2 คน ส่วนมากเปิดให้บริการสาขาเดียว สำหรับประเภทของสถานที่ส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาคารพาณิชย์ มีลักษณะการเช่าอาคารมากกว่าการซื้อที่ดิน (2) ความสำคัญของปัจจัยในการเลือกทำเลที่ตั้งของธุรกิจการเช่าชุดราตรีในระดับมากที่สุด คือ ด้านการเข้าถึงของลูกค้า ด้านความครบถ้วนของสาธารณูปโภค ด้านความสะดวกในการขนส่ง และด้านคุณภาพชีวิต สำหรับด้านแรงจูงใจด้านการเงิน และด้านความพอใจส่วนตัวของเจ้าของ ให้ความสำคัญในระดับปานกลาง (3) เปรียบเทียบความสำคัญของปัจจัยในการเลือกทำเลที่ตั้งของธุรกิจการเช่าชุดราตรี ในจังหวัดนนทบุรี จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคล พบว่า มีความแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05
The objective of this research were : (1) the priority level of the factors to selecting in a businesses location of evening dress for rent In Nonthaburi Province (2) Compare the importance of the Factors in selecting a businesses location of evening dress for rent. In Nonthaburi Province identified by the personal characteristics.The survey research, the shop population of 70 person for analyze data using the statistics, the include the percent value, average value, standard deviation and statistics, assume the test T - test, F - test and test the difference of the average as partners The result show that (1) The general characteristics of the most of the female and age between 26 - 35 years of education level bachelor degree of the operation of the business is in the range of 1 - 3 years with the number of evening dress rental of 100 - 300 sets with income from the rent to the average 200,000 - 500,000 Baht per year. The number of employees in the business of 1 – 2. Most people who open the Branch Services only for the type of most as a commercial building a building lease rather than the purchase of land (2). The importance of the Factors in selecting a businesses location of evening dress for rent in the most is the access to the customer on the completeness of Utility facilities in the transportation and the quality of life for the motivation and the pleasure of the owner in the medium level (3). Compare the importance of the Factors in selecting a businesses location of evening dress for rent in Nonthaburi province identified by the personal characteristics are different at significant level 0.05.
