การพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนรายวิชาชีววิทยาเรื่องการแบ่งเซลล์แบบไมโอซิส สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนสมเด็จพิทยาคม จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน รายวิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง การแบ่งเซลล์แบบไมโอซิส สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน รายวิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง การแบ่งเซลล์แบบไมโอซิส และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน รายวิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง การแบ่งเซลล์ แบบไมโอซิส กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 โรงเรียนสมเด็จพิทยาคม จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 43 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย (1) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนรายวิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง การแบ่งเซลล์แบบไมโอซิส (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียน และแบบทดสอบหลังเรียนแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนรายวิชา ชีววิทยา เรื่อง การแบ่งเซลล์แบบไมโอซิส สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนรายวิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง การ แบ่งเซลล์แบบไมโอซิส สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 4 มีประสิทธิภาพเท่ากับ 79.22/78.82 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน รายวิชา ชีววิทยาเรื่อง การแบ่งเซลล์แบบไมโอซิส มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทาง สถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน รายวิชาชีววิทยา เรื่อง การแบ่งเซลล์แบบไมโอซิสว่ามีความเหมาะสมในระดับมาก

The objectives of this research were (1) to develop a computer assisted instruction program in the Biology Course on the topic of Meiosis Cell Division for Mathayom Suksa IV students based on the set efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of students who learned from the computer assisted instruction program in the Biology Course on the topic of Meiosis Cell Division; and (3) to study the opinions of students who learned from the computer assisted instruction program in the Biology Course on the topic of Meiosis Cell Division. The research sample consisted of 43 Mathayom Suksa IV students of Somdet Pittatakom School in Kalasin province during the second semester of the 2017 academic year, obtained by cluster random sampling. The employed research instruments comprised (1) a computer assisted instruction program in the Biology Course on the topic of Meiosis Cell Division; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on student’s opinions toward the computer assisted instruction program in the Biology Course on the topic of Meiosis Cell Division. Statistics for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Research findings showed that (1) the developed computer assisted instruction program in the Biology Course on the topic of Meiosis Cell Division was efficient at 79.22/78.82, thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 80/80; (2) the students who learned from the computer assisted instruction program in the Biology Course on the topic of Meiosis Cell Division achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the students had opinions that the computer assisted instruction program in the Computer Course on the topic of Information Technology Process was appropriate at the high level.
