Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาสเขต 2 (2 ศึกษาระดับขวัญกำลังใจของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาสเขต 2 และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับระดับขวัญกำลังใจของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตการศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 จำนวน 306 คน ใน 118 โรงเรียน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำและขวัญกำลังใจของครู มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.89 และ 0.87 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ขวัญกำลังใจของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานราธิวาส เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับขวัญกำลังใจของครูในโรงเรียน ในภาพรวมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เท่ากับ .78
The objectives of this research were (1) to study service-oriented leadership of school administrators under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Office 2; (2) to study the level of morale of teachers in schools under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Office 2; and (3) to study the relationship between service-oriented leadership of school administrators and the level of morale of teachers in schools under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Office 2. The research sample consisted of 306 teachers in 118 schools under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Office 2, obtained by stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire on service-oriented leadership of school administrator and morale of teacher, with reliability coefficients of 0.89 and 0.87 respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson correlation coefficient. Research findings showed that (1) the overall service-oriented leadership of school administrators under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was rated at the high level; (2) the overall morale of teachers in schools under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was rated at the high level; and (3) the overall relationship between service-oriented leadership of school administrators and moral of teachers in schools under Narathiwat Primary Education Service Area Office 2 was positive and at the rather high level which was significant at the .01 level, with the correlation coefficient of .78.
