ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1 (2) ศึกษาบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา และ (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมกับบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1 จำนวน 295 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .98 และ .96 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยปรากฏว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ผู้บริหารมีบทบาทในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1 โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และ (3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับบทบาทในการพัฒนาคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของผู้เรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครสวรรค์ เขต 1 ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 โดยมีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (r) เท่ากับ 0.99

The objectives of this research were to study (1) the level of ethical leadership of school administrators of school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1; (2) the level of role of the school administrators for development of desirable characteristics of students in school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1; and (3) the relationship between ethical leadership and the role of the school administrators for development of desirable characteristics of students in school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1. The research sample consisted of 296 teachers in schools under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1, obtained by simple random sampling. The employed research instruments were a questionnaire on ethical leadership of school administrators and a questionnaire on the role of the school administrators for development of desirable characteristics of students, with reliability coefficient of 0.98 and 0.96, respectively. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson is product-moment correlation Research findings showed that (1) both the overall and by aspect element of ethical leadership of school administrators in school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 were rated at the high level; (2) both the overall and by aspect element of the role of the school administrators for development of desirable characteristics of students in school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 were rated at the high level; and (3) the ethical leadership of school administrators in school under Nakhon Sawan Primary Education Service Area Office 1 correlated positively with overall of the role of the school administrators for development of desirable characteristics of students at the very high level, which as significant at the .01 level (r = 0.99)
