Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา (2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา (3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์กับประสิทธิผลการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา และ (4) สร้างสมการพยากรณ์ประสิทธิผลการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 จากภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26
กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 จํานวน 320 คน ได้มาโดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน จากนั้นสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใชเเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 0.98 และ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสหสัมพันธ์อย่างง่ายแบบเพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยวิธีแบบขั้นตอน
ผลการวิจัยปรากฎว่า (1) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ประสิทธิผลการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก (3) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับประสิทธิผลการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ (4) ภาวะผู้นำเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลการบริหารการจัดการเรียนรู้ในศตวรรษที่ 21 ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 26 ได้แก่ ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์และการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ของงาน (X2) ด้านความสามารถในการสื่อสารและการมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ (X4) และด้านการมีจินตนาการและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ (X1) โดยมีอำนาจพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 72.80 สมการในรูปคะแนนดิบ Y' = 1.235 + .337(X2) + .203( X4) + .189(X1) และสมการในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐาน Z = .411Z2 + .255 Z4 + .232Z1
The purposes of this study were (1) to study creative leadership of school administrators; (2) to study the effectiveness of learning management in the 21st century of schools; (3) to study the relationship between creative leadership and effectiveness of learning management in the 21st century of schools; and (4) to build predictive equations for prediction of the effectiveness of learning management in the 21st century using creative leadership factors of school administrators under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 26 as predicting variables. The sample consisted of 320 teachers under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 26, obtained by stratified random sampling. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table. The employed research instruments were a rating scale questionnaire, with reliability coefficients of 0.98 and 0.97. The data were statistically analyzed using the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Research findings revealed that (1) both overall and specific aspects of creative leadership of school administrators were rated at the high level; (2) both overall and specific aspects of effectiveness of learning management in the 21st century of schools were rated at the high level; (3) regarding the relationship between creative leadership of school administrators and effectiveness of learning management in 21st century of schools, it was found that they correlated positively at the high level which was significant at the .01 level; and (4) creative leadership factors of school administrators which affected effectiveness of learning management in the 21st century of schools under the Secondary Education Service Area Office 26 were that of having the vision and achievement-oriented administration (X2), that of communication skills and human relationship (X4), and that of having imagination and creative thinking (X1). The combined predictive power of these factors was 72.80 percent. The predictive equations in the form of raw score and standard score were as shown below: Predictive equation in the form of raw score: Y' = 1.235 + .337(X2) + .203(X4) + .189(X1) Predictive equation in the form of standard score: Z = .411Z2 + .255 Z4 + .232Z1
