Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง หลักการจัดองค์ประกอบการถ่ายภาพโดยสมาร์ทโฟน สำหรับบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัย- ธรรมาธิราช ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าจากการ ฝึกอบรมของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ที่อบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง หลักการจัดองค์ประกอบการถ่ายภาพโดยสมาร์ทโฟน และ (3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของบุคลากร มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช ที่มีต่อชุด ฝึกอบรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง หลักการจัดองค์ประกอบ การถ่ายภาพโดยสมาร์ทโฟน กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย ได้แก่ บุคลากรหน่วยเลขานุการกิจสาขาวิชา มหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช จำนวน 40 คน ได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เรื่องหลักการจัดองค์ประกอบการถ่ายภาพโดยสมาร์ทโฟน (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนและหลังอบรมแบบคู่ขนาน และ (3) แบบ สอบถามความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 การทดสอบค่าที ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) ชุดฝึกอบรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เรื่อง หลักการจัดองค์ประกอบการถ่ายภาพโดยสมาร์ทโฟนมีค่าประสิทธิภาพ 78.34/78.06 ซึ่งมีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 80/80 (2) บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช มีความก้าวหน้าจากการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ (3) บุคลากรมหาวิทยาลัยสุโขทัยธรรมาธิราช มีความพึงพอใจต่อชุดฝึกอบรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
The purposes of this study were to: (1 ) develop an Electronic Training Packages on the Topic of Principles of Arranging Photography Components by Smart Phones; (2) study the training progress of the officials who trained from the Electronic Training Packages; and (3) study the official’s opinion toward an Electronic Training Packages on the Topic of Principles of Arranging Photography Components by Smart Phones The research samples consisted of 40 from 12 Schools Secretary-Officials , Sukhothai Thammatirat Open University that selected by purposive sampling. Research instruments consisted of (1) an Electronic Training Packages on the Topic of Principles of Arranging Photography Components by Smart Phones (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test as Pre-test, and Post-test, and (3) a Questionnaire for surveying the officials ’opinion toward the Electronic Training Packages on the Topic of Principles of Arranging Photography Components by Smart Phones. The data analysis was carried out by mean of El/ E2, t-test, means, and standard deviation. Research revealed that (1) The efficiency of the e-Training Packages were 78.34/78.06 respectively meeting at standard of 80/80 (2) the Officials learning achievement increased with the difference statistically Significant at .05 (3). The Officials’ opinion on the e-Training Packages were the highest appropriate level.
