ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสมาร์ทออฟฟิศของพนักงานบริษัทเนสิค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานและการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสมาร์ทออฟฟิศของพนักงานบริษัทเนสิค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด 2) ศึกษาปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มีผลต่อการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสมาร์ทออฟฟิศของพนักงานบริษัทเนสิค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด และ 3) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยต้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานกับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสมาร์ทออฟฟิศของพนักงานบริษัทเนสิค(ประเทศไทย) จำกัด การศึกษาวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ พนักงานบริษัท เนสิค (ประเทศ ไทย) จำกัด จำนวน 205 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการคำนวณจากสูตรของทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 ใช้ความคลาดเคลื่อน 0.05 ได้ขนาดตัวอย่าง 152 คน ใช้วิธีเลือก ตัวอย่างแบบโควต้า สถิติที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ลำดับแรกคือด้านสัมพันธภาพ รองลงมาคือ ด้านความก้าวหน้า ในหน้าที่การงานและลำดับสุดท้ายคือ ด้านการคงไว้และการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบงาน และระดับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสมาร์ทสมาร์ทออฟฟิศโดยรวมและรายต้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านเพศ สาขาที่จบการศึกษาและระดับของพนักงานที่แตกต่างกันมีระดับความคิดเห็นต่อการ ยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสมาร์ทออฟฟิศที่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ 0.05 และ 3) ปัจจัยด้านสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์กับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสมาร์ทออฟฟิศ โดยมี ความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.01 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านสัมพันธภาพอยู่ในระดับสูง รองลงมาคือด้านความก้าวหน้าในหน้าที่การงาน และลำดับสุดท้าย คือด้านการคงไว้และการเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบงาน ตามลำดับ

The objective of this study is 1) to study the level of working environmental factors and the acceptance of smart office technology at NESIC (Thailand) Company Limited; 2) to study factors affecting the acceptance of smart office technology at NESIC (Thailand) Company Limited; and 3) to study relationship between working environmental factors and the acceptance of smart office technology at NESIC (Thailand) Company Limited. This study is survey research. The population was 205 staffs of NESIC (Thailand) Company Limited and 152 of them were randomized by quota sampling method. The data was analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and determination of pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The finding indicated that 1) the overall working environmental factors was at high level. Considering each aspect found that Relationship dimension was at primary level, Personal development dimension was at secondary level, and System maintenance and system change dimensions was at last level. The overall and each aspect of acceptance of smart office technology was at high level; 2)the different Personal factors dimension including; sex, graduated program, and employee level had different level of opinion toward the acceptance of smart office technology at 0.05 significance level of statistic; and 3) working environmental factors were positively related to the acceptance of smart office technology at 0.01 of significance level of statistic. By considering each field separately, the results found that Relationship dimension was at high level. The second and the last high level were Personal development dimension and System maintenance and system change dimensions respectively.
