การวิจัยนี่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพี่อพัฒนาระบบเอกสารการจัดการคุณภาพเชิงบูรณาการ โดยการจัดเกณฑ์ องค์ประกอบรวม จำแนกตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการจัดการภาครัฐและศึกษาความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อการบูรณาการระบบเอกสารการจัดการคุณภาพการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงผสมผสานโดยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ แบ่งดำเนินการ 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์และสงเคราะห์เอกสารคุณภาพของระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ระบบการประกันคุณภาพโรงพยาบาล และระบบการควบคุมภายในเพี่อหาเกณฑ์ องค์ประกอบร่วมและเทคนิค เครื่องมือการบริหารหลัก ส่วนที่ 2 การสอบถามความเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อความเหมาะสมของการจำแนกและการใช้เกณฑ์คุณภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐและความเหมาะสมของเทคนิค เครื่องมือการบริหาร กลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง จำนวน 22 คน เครื่องมึอที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามประเภทข้อคำถามมาตรประมาณค่าและปลายเปิด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าความคิดเห็นของกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่อความเหมาะสมของการจัดเกณฑ์ องค์ประกอบร่วมจำแนกตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นถึงความ

ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นในระดับ มาก และความคิดเห็นของดูเชี่ยวชาญต่อความเหมาะสมของเทคนิค เครื่องมือการจัดการหลัก จัดจำแนกตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพการบริหารจัดการภาครัฐ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความเห็นถึงความเหมาะสมของค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวม อยู่ที่ระดับมาก
The purposes of this research were (1) to develop the integrated documentation quality management system categorized by criteria of Public Sector Management Quality Award (PMQA) ; (2) to study opinions of experts toward the integrated documentation quality management system of Chulachomkloa Royal Military Academy Hospital. The research was Mixed Approach with qualitative method and survey research which consisted of 2 parts, part one was the analysis of quality management system documents of Education Quality Assurance, Hospital Accreditation and internal Control Systems to synthesize co-criteria/factors and management techniques/tools categorized by PMQA and part two was the study opinions of experts toward PMQA categories and management techniques/tools. The research sample was purposively selected of 22 experts, the data was collected by using questionnaires. Statistics for data analysis were the content analysis, frequency, mean and standard deviation. Research findings revealed that the experts’ opinions concerning the PMQA categories was at the high level and in accordance with the utilizing PMQA for categories of the integrated quality management system documentation also at the high level. As for the management techniques/tools, the experts’ opinion was at the high level.
