การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษา (1) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน (2) ความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลชุมชน (3) ผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชน (4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจกับความพึงพอใจในงานและผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ
โรงพยาบาลชุมชน ประชากรในการศึกษาคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 25,431 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 394 คน ที่ได้จากการกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยสูตรของ Taro Yamane สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นได้แก่แบบสอบถามการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพและผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามแต่ละส่วน 0.94 0.84 และ 0.86 ตามลำดับวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป คำนวณหา ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การเสริมพลังอำนาจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนอยู่ในระดับสูง (2) ความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลชุมชนอยู่ในระดับสูง (3) ผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับสูง (4) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกอยู่ในระดับสูง กับความพึงพอใจในงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ (r -0.732 ) และมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับผลลัพธ์ทางการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ (r- 0.60 ) ที่ระดับนัยสำด้ญทางสถิติ 0.01
The purposes of this descriptive research were: (1) to examine the perceptions of professional nurses on their empowerment, (2) to study their job satisfaction, (3) to explore their nursing outcomes, and (4) to find the relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction of professional nurses and their nursing outcomes at community hospitals. The population consisted of 25,431 professional nurses who worked at community hospitals. The sample group was selected by proportional stratified random sampling and comprised 394 professional nurses. The research instruments were questionnaires and consisted of three parts: empowerment job satisfaction, and nursing outcomes. Content validity was tested. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficients of each section were 0.94, 0.84 and 0.86 respectively. The statistical devices used for data analysis were both descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. The research findings were as follows. Professional nurses rated these three statements at the high level: (I)they were empowered; (2)they were satisfied with their job; and (3) they produced nursing outcomes. Finally, (4) there was statistically significant positive correlation between their empowerment and (a) their job satisfaction at hightp < .01, r = .732)and (b) their nursing outcomes at moderate^ < .01, r = .601).
