ความสุขในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน

Abstract

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถประสงค์เพี่อ (1) ศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงานของ พยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน และ (2) ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความสุขในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อน การศึกษาแบ่งเป็นสองระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่หนึ่ง ศึกษาระดับความสุขในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 61 คน เครื่องมือการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสำรวจความสุขตนเอง (Happinometer) ระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความสุขในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 31 คน ได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงกี่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) พยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลเวชศาสตร์เขตร้อนมีระดับความสุข โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งความสุขด้านจิตวิญญาณ มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ความสุขด้านนํ้าใจ ส่วนด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยน้อยที่สุด ได้แก่ ความสุขด้านผ่อนคลาย 2) ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความสุขในการทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพสามอันดับแรก ได้แก่ ความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน ค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ และความสมดุลของงานและชีวิต

The purposes of this descriptive research were:- (1) to study the level of happiness at work of professional nurses and (2) to analyze the factors affecting happiness at work of professional nurses in the Faculty of Tropical Medicine Hospital. This study divided into two phases: the first phase aimed to study level of happiness at work. The sample included 61 professional nurses who had worked at the Faculty of Tropical Medicine Hospital. The research instrument were personal data and Happinometer questionnaires. The second phase aimed to study the factors affecting happiness at work of professional nurses. The sample included 31 professional nurses derived by stratified random sampling technique. The research tool were semi structure interview. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis. The research finding were as follows. 1 )The professional nurses rated their happiness at work at the moderate level. The happy soul was in the first ranked, followed by the happy heart, and the happy relax was in the last ranked. 2) The first three of factors affecting happiness at work of professional nurse were relationship with colleagues, compensation and welfare, and work-life balance.
