Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร และ (3) แนวทางในการเสริมสร้างระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ประชากร ได้แก่ บุคลากรของสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร จำนวน 1,030 คนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 289 คน คำนวณจากสูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรอยู่ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความผูกพันต่อองค์กรบุคลากรสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรได้แก่ ความมั่นคงในงาน ความสัมพันธ์กับผู้บังคับบัญชา และความสัมพันธ์กับเพื่อนร่วมงาน โดยตัวแปรอิสระทั้ง 3 ตัว สามารถพยากรณ์ความผูกพันต่อองค์กรได้ร้อยละ 61.20 (3) แนวทางในการเสริมสร้างระดับความผูกพันต่อองค์กรของบุคลากรสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตร ได้แก่ ควรจัดระบบการพิจารณาความดีความชอบเพื่อเลื่อนขั้นเงินเดือนและเงินโบนัสให้มีความเหมาะสมและยุติธรรม เพิ่มสวัสดิการของพนักงานราชการให้ใกล้เคียงกันกับข้าราชการหรือลูกจ้างประจำ จัดให้มีกิจกรรม เช่น ทัศนศึกษาและทำกิจกรรมสาธารณประโยชน์ร่วมกัน เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างเพื่อนร่วมงานทั้งในหน่วยงานส่วนกลางและหน่วยงานส่วนภูมิภาค
The objectives of this research were to study (1) level of organizational commitment of personnel of the Office of Agricultural Economics (2) factors affect organizational commitment of personnel of the Office of Agricultural Economics (3) guidelines enhance the organizational Commitment of Personnel of the Office of Agricultural Economics. Population comprised 1,030 personnel of the Office of Agricultural Economics from which samples of 289 were drawn via Taro Yamane formula. Simple random sampling had been used. Instrument used was questionnaire. Statistical tools employed were frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, correlation coefficients and stepwise regression analysis. Research results revealed the follows (1) organizational commitment of the Office of Agricultural Economics was at high level (2) factors affecting organizational commitment of the personnel of the Office of Agricultural Economics were job security, relationships with superiors, and relationships with peers; all three variables could predict organizational commitment of personnel at 61.20 percent (3) guidelines to enhance organizational commitment of personnel the Office of Agricultural Economics includes the arrangement of an appropriate and fair promotions system, which would result in fair and equitable salaries and bonuses; an increase of government employees’ welfare so to make it similar to that of civil servants and permanent staff; the provision of activities such as field trips and group recreational activities so as to create good relationships between colleague officials from central and provincial agencies.
