ประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการงานด้านเอกสารสัญญาของศูนย์ปฏิบัติการจัดเก็บเอกสารและดูแลข้อมูล ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน)

Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการงานด้านเอกสารสัญญา (2) ศึกษาความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการงานเอกสารสัญญา และ (3) ศึกษาผลกระทบที่มีความ สัมพันธ์ต่อประสิทธิภาพการทางานของพนักงานศูนย์ปฏิบัติการจัดเก็บเอกสารและดูแลข้อมูล ธนาคาร กรุงเทพ จากัด (มหาชน) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ พนักงานศูนย์ปฏิบัติการหลักประกันในการใช้บริการ ศูนย์ปฏิบัติการจัดเก็บเอกสารและดูแลข้อมูล ธนาคารกรุงเทพ จากัด (มหาชน) จานวน 181 คน คานวณขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรของทาโร ยามาเน่ ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 125 คน เครื่องมือใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้ศึกษาสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการงานด้านการรับ-ส่งเอกสาร ด้านการจัดเก็บเอกสารและด้านการเบิก-สืบค้นเอกสาร มีความสาคัญต่อประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการงานด้านเอกสารสัญญา ในระดับมาก (2) ปัจจัยด้านการจัดเก็บเอกสารของผู้ใช้ มีความต้องการระดับมาก มีลักษณะทางประชากรศาสตร์ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย มีอายุน้อยกว่า 30 ปี ระยะเวลาที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่กับธนาคาร 1-10 ปี ตาแหน่งงานพนักงานหลักประกันอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และ (3) ปัจจัยด้านการบริการงานเอกสาร และด้านประสิทธิภาพการทางาน มีระดับความสัมพันธ์ในระดับมาก อย่างมีนัยสาคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01

This research has the following purposes: (1) to analyze efficiency of contract document services; (2) to determine the needs of contract documents services users; and (3) to investigate the impacts related to job efficiency of employees at documentation service data and document management center of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited. The population used in this research was a total of 181 employees at documentation service data and document management center of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited. The Taro Yamane formula was conducted to select the sample of 125 people. The research tool was the questionnaire invented by the researcher. The statistics used in this research were percentage, mean, standard deviation and the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient. The results of the study indicated as follows: (1) the efficiency of document services, document storage and document withdrawal – searching were significant to the efficiency of contract document services at a high level; (2) the majority of the demographic characteristics were males under the age of 30 who possessed 1-10 year working period at the bank and worked in a position of Asset Protection Agent; and (3) the document service factor and service efficiency factor had a high level of significance and a positive relationship with the Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient between variables with a statistical significance level of 0.01.
