ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพมาตรฐานการศึกษานางแดดวังชมพู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 1

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพมาตรฐานการศึกษานางแดดวังชมภู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิเขต 1 และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียน จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาของผู้ปกครองและประเภทของโรงเรียนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพมาตรฐานการศึกษานางแดดวังชมภู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิเขต 1 ในปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 341 คน จำแนกตามประเภทของโรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า มีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .81 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญของการทดสอบสมมติฐานที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาคุณภาพมาตรฐานการศึกษานางแดดวังชมภู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิเขต 1 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งนี้ด้านที่มีระดับความพึงพอใจจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ กระบวนการจัดการศึกษา ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนและครู สิ่งอานวยความสะดวก คุณภาพการจัดการเรียนการสอน และการประชาสัมพันธ์ และ (2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจต่อการให้บริการทางการศึกษาของผู้ปกครองที่แตกต่างกันตามวุฒิการศึกษาและประเภทของโรงเรียนพบว่า ความพึงพอใจไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the satisfaction of parents with school services in the Nang Daet Wang Chum Phu Center of Educational Quality and Standards Development under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area 1; and (2) to compare the levels of satisfaction of parents with school services, as classified by parents’ educational level and school type. The sample consisted of 341 parents of students at schools in the Nang Daet Wang Chum Phu Center of Educational Quality and Standards Development under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area 1 in the academic year 2013, as classified by school type. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire developed by the researcher, with reliability coefficient of .81. Statistics employed in data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way ANOVA. The .05 level of statistical significance was predetermined for hypothesis testing. The research findings were as follows: (1) the parents’ overall satisfaction with school services in the Nang Daet Wang Chum Phu Center of Educational Quality and Standards Development under the Office of Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area 1 was at the high level, with aspect rating means being ranked from high to low based on the satisfaction level for each of the following aspects: educational management procedure, school administrators and teachers, school facilities, instructional management quality, and public relations, respectively; and (2) as for comparison results of the overall satisfaction of parents as classified by parents’ educational level and school type, no significant difference was found.
