ผลการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการความขัดแย้งระหว่างพยาบาลและผู้ใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลบึงกาฬ จังหวัดบึงกาฬ

Abstract

การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้จัดการความขัดแย้งต่อการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการความขัดแย้งระหว่างพยาบาลและผู้ใช้บริการ โรงพยาบาลบึงกาฬ และ (2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้จัดการความขัดแย้งก่อนและหลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการจัดการความขัดแย้งฯ ประชากร เป็นผู้จัดการความขัดแย้งโรงพยาบาลบึงกาฬ จำนวน 23 คน ประกอบด้วย หัวหน้ากลุ่มงานด้านการพยาบาลทุกแผนก หัวหน้าหน่วยงาน หัวหน้าทีมหรือคลินิกหรือเวร และพยาบาลเวร ตรวจการนอกเวลาราชการ เครื่องมือในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) รูปแบบการจัดการความขัดแย้ง และคู่มือการใช้รูปแบบการจัดการความขัดแย้งระหว่างพยาบาลและผู้ใช้บริการ 2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้จัดการความขัดแย้งต่อรูปแบบการจัดการความขัดแย้ง เครื่องมือผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา อยู่ระหว่าง 0.8-1.0 ตรวจสอบความเที่ยง มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคเท่ากับ 0.94 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติพรรณนา (ความถี่ ร้อยละค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัย) และวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบโดยใช้สถิติวิลคอกซัน ซายน์แรงส์เทสต์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ค่ามัธยฐานความพึงพอโดยรวมของผู้จัดการความขัดแย้งต่อรูปแบบ การจัดความขัดแย้งก่อนและหลังการทดลองใช้รูปแบบอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก และ 2) ความพึงพอใจของผู้จัดการความขัดแย้งต่อรูปแบบการจัดการความขัดแย้งฯ หลังการทดลองสูงกว่าก่อนการทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05

The purposes of this quasi-experimental research were: (1) to examine the level of satisfaction of using a conflict management model between nurses and clients and (2) to compare conflict managers’ satisfaction of using this conflict management model between nurses and clients at Bungkan hospital. The population of this study was 23 conflict managers included with chief nurses, nurse supervisors, head nurses, nurse leaders and in charged nurses at Bungkan Hospital. The research instruments consisted of: (1) a conflict management model, a manual of conflict management for all participants and (2) questionnaires related to self-satisfaction for conflict management. The instruments were verified by five experts and CVI ranged from 0.8-1.0.The Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficients was 0.94. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistic (frequencies, percentage, median, and range) and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test for comparing satisfaction between before and after using a conflict management model. The results showed that conflict managers rated their satisfaction on the model at the very high level after applying the model. Moreover, the satisfaction level of conflict managers was significantly higher than before experimenting (p<.05).
