Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ศึกษาลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของผู้จัดจำหน่ายสบู่สมุนไพรใยไผ่โอเคดี จํากัด (2) ศึกษาระดับภาพลักษณ์สบู่ใยไผ่ของบริษัทใยไผ่ โอเคดี จํากัด ประกอบด้วยภาพลักษณ์องค์กร ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้า และภาพลักษณ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ และ (3) เปรียบเทียบภาพลักษณ์สบู่สมุนไพรใยไผ่ บริษัทใยไผ่โอเคดี จํากัด จำแนกตามลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของผู้จัดจำหน่าย การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากร คือ ผู้จัดจำหน่ายที่จำหน่ายสินค้า ให้กับบริษัทใยไผ่โอเคดี จํากัด จำนวน 687 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรการคำนวณของ ทาโร่ ยามาเน่ ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่น ร้อยละ 95 ได้จำนวน 260 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบโควตาและตามสะดวก ใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ การทดสอบค่าที และการทดสอบค่าเอฟ ผลการศึกษา พบว่า (1) ผู้จัดจำหน่ายโดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุระหว่าง 30-40 ปี จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี ประกอบธุรกิจประเภทเจ้าของคนเดียว โดยมีกลุ่มลูกค้าแม่บ้าน/ พ่อบ้าน รายได้เฉลี่ยต่อเดือนจากการขาย ต่ำกว่า 10,000 บาท เหตุผลที่เลือกเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายสบู่ใยไผ่ บริษัทใยไผ่โอเคดี จํากัด เพราะเป็นสินค้าที่ราคาเหมาะสมกับคุณภาพ (2) ภาพลักษณ์สบู่ใยไผ่ บริษัทใยไผ่ โอเคดี จํากัด โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านโดยรวมพบว่า ภาพลักษณ์องค์กร อยู่ในระดับดี ภาพลักษณ์ตราสินค้า อยู่ในระดับดีมาก และภาพลักษณ์ผลิตภัณฑ์ อยู่ในระดับดีมาก และ (3) ผู้จัดจำหน่ายที่ลักษณะส่วนบุคคลแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อระดับภาพลักษณ์สบู่สมุนไพรใยไผ่ ของบริษัท ใยไผ่โอเคดี จํากัด โดยรวม และรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน ณ ระดับนัยสำคัญที่ 0.05
The objectives of this study were to study (1) personal characteristics of soap distributors of Yaipai OKD Company Limited; (2) the level of Yaipai soap image including corporate image, brand image, and product image; and (3) comparison the image of Yaipai soap by personal characteristics of distributors. This study was a survey research. The populations were 687 product distributors of Yaipai OkD Company Limited. The sample size of 260 distributors was calculated by Taro Yamane formula at 95% confident level. The samples were selected by quota and convenience sampling. A questionnaire was used to collect descriptive statistic data. The descriptive statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics were t-test and F Test. The research found that (1) the most of responding distributors were female who were between 30-40 years old with bachelor's degree. They were private business owners. Their customers were household families. The average monthly income from the sale was less than 10,000 baht. The reason they decided to be the Yaipai soap distributors was that the product price was appropriate to the product quality. (2) The overall image of the Yaipai bamboo soap was at a high level. When considering each aspect, the corporate image was at a good level. The brand image and the product image was at very good level. (3) Distributors who had different characteristics had no difference in overall and each aspect of Yaipai soap image at the significance level of 0.05.
