Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และ 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำแนกตาม อายุ เพศ สถานภาพ และประสบการณ์ทำงาน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 108 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของเครจซีและมอร์แกน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่าสอบถามเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชน มีค่าความเที่ยง .87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับดีทุกด้าน และ 2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของครูโรงเรียนอนุบาลเอกชนในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จำแนกตาม อายุ เพศ สถานภาพ และประสบการณ์ทำงาน พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกันทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน ยกเว้นด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงาน พบว่า ครูเพศหญิงและเพศชายมีคุณภาพชีวิตด้านความสำเร็จในการทำงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูเพศชายมีความสำเร็จในการทำงานสูงกว่าเพศหญิง และด้านความก้าวหน้าในการทำงาน พบว่าครูที่มีสถานภาพโสดมีความก้าวหน้าในการทำงานสูงกว่าครูที่มีสถานภาพสมรสอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the work life quality of private kindergarten teachers in Surat Thani Province; and 2) to compare the work life quality of private kindergarten teachers in Surat Thani Province, classified by age, sex, status and work experience. The sample consisted of 108 teachers in private kindergarten teachers in Surat Thani Province during the 2020 academic year. The sample size was determined based on Krejcie and Morgan’s Sample Size Table and the sample was obtained by using simple random sampling. The employed research instrument was a rating scale questionnaire on the work life quality of private kindergarten teachers with reliability coefficients of .87. The statistics employed for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and one-way analysis of variance. The research results showed that: 1) the overall and by-aspect work life quality of private kindergarten teachers in Surat Thani Province were rated at the good level ; and 2) the results of comparison of work life quality of private kindergarten teachers in Surat Thani Province classified by age, gender, status and working experience were not significantly different in both overall and each aspect, except for the success at work, it was found that female and male teachers had a statistically significant difference in quality of life on success at work aspect at a statistical significance of .05, with male teachers having higher success at work than female teachers and on progress in work aspect, teachers with single status having higher progress in work than teachers at a statistical significance of .05.
