Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา (1) ระดับการพัฒนาสู่องค์การแท่งการเรียนรู้ ของบริษัท สยาม เอ็น เอส เค สเตียริ่ง ซิสเต็มท์ จำกัด (2) เปรียบเทียบระดับการพัฒนาองค์การสู่องค์การ แท่งการเรียนรู้ของบริษัท สยาม เอ็น เอส เค สเตียริ่ง ซิสเต็มท์ จำกัด จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (3) แนวทางในการพัฒนาองค์การสู่องค์การแท่งการเรียนรู้ ของบริษัท สยาม เอ็น เอส เค สเตียริ่ง ซิสเต็มท์ การศึกษาในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ ประชากรที่ใช้คือ พนักงานบริษัท สยาม เอ็น เอส เค สเตียริ่ง ซิสเต็มท์จำกัด จำนวน 591 คน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 239 คน มาจากการคำนวณตามสูตร ของยามาเน่ และการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอันตรภาคชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็น แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบน มาตรฐาน ค่าที ค่าเอฟ และการทดสอบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ด้วยสถิติ เชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ระดับการพัฒนาสู่องค์การแท่งการเรียนรู้ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านพลวัตรแห่งการเรียนรู้ และค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการปรับเปลี่ยนองค์การ (2) เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับการพัฒนาองค์การสู่องค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของบริษัท สยาม เอ็น เอส เค สเตียริ่ง ซิสเต็มท์ จํากัด พบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ จําแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษา หน่วยงานต้นสังกัด และตําแหน่งงาน ส่วนปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส อายุงาน ไม่พบความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ (3) แนวทางการพัฒนาควรมุ่งเน้นในด้านการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยี โดยองค์การควรจัดให้มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเพื่อส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ อย่างเพียงพอ เช่น ห้องสมุด ห้องอินเตอร์เน็ต ห้องฝึ กอบรม และส่งเสริมในเรื่องการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศเพื่อให้เกิดการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาการปฏิบัติงาน
This research aimed to:(1) study the level of learning organization developement of Siam NSK Steering System Public Company Limited (2) compare the level of learning organization development Of the Siam NSK Steering System Public Company Limited with respect to personal characteristics (3) study guideline for learning organization development of the Siam NSK Steering System Public Company Limited. The population consisted of 591 Office Of the Siam NSK Steering System Public Company Limited. The sampling size was 239 employee specified according to Yamane’s at confidence level of 95 %, with proportional sampling, and the Likert scale questionnaire were employed to collect data. The statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation ,t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe statistics. The result revealed that : (1) the level of learning organization at Siam NSK Steering System Public Company Limited were at the high level with Learning Dynamic and the lower level with Organization Transformat
