การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาต้นทุนต่อหน่วยกิจกรรมการ
พยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดน้ำวุ้นตาของโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ (2) ศึกษาต้นทุนต่อหน่วยกิจกรรมการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดน้ำวุ้นตา ในระยะก่อนผ่าตัด ระยะผ่าตัด และระยะหลังผ่าตัด ของโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ และ (3) ศึกษาสัดส่วนต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดน้ำวุ้นตา ในระยะก่อนผ่าตัด ระยะผ่าตัด และระยะหลังผ่าตัด ของโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นกิจกรรมการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดน้ำวุ้นตา โรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ จำนวน 20 ราย
ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ พยาบาลและผู้ช่วยเหลือคนไข้ ห้องผ่าตัดจักษุ จำนวน 9 คน การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลทางตรงครั้งนี้ใช้ระบบการต้นทุนกิจกรรม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูล จำนวน 5 ชุด พจนานุกรมกิจกรรมการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดน้ำวุ้นตา และนาฬิกาจับเวลา เครื่องมือที่สร้างขึ้นผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนี้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และค่าความเที่ยงจากการสังเกตตามแบบบันทึกกิจกรรมการพยาบาลเท่ากับ 0.90 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า (1) ต้นทุนต่อหน่วยกิจกรรมการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยผ่าตัดน้ำวุ้นตา ของโรงพยาบาลสงฆ์ รวม 16,168.00 บาท ประกอบด้วยต้นทุนค่าแรง 1,139.38 บาท ต้นทุนค่าวัสดุ 13,821.85 บาท และต้นทุนค่าลงทุน 1,206.77 บาท คิดเป็นสัดส่วนต้นทุนค่าแรง : ค่าวัสคุ : ค่าลงทุน 0.94 :

The purpose of this descriptive study were: (1) to investigate the cost of nursing care for patient receiving Pars Plana Vitrectomy (PPV) at the Priest hospital, and (2) to examine the cost of PPV in three operative nursing phases : pre-operation, on operation and post-operation, (3) to find the proportion of the costs of each phrase. The samples of this study comprised all nursing activities provided for 20 cataract patients. Six nurses and two nurse aides were informants. The Activity-Based Costing (ABC) system was used for analyzing the direct cost. Three research instruments were used of collecting data : 5 data recording forms, a list of nursing activities provided for PPV patient, and calibrated clocks. All instruments were tested for their content validity and reliability coefficient of the instrument was 0.90. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. The results of this study were as follows: (1) The total of nursing cost for PPV was 16,168.00 baht. This cost comprised labor cost, material cost, and capital cost (1,139.38, 13,821.85 and 1,206.77 baht or 0.94 : 11.45 : 1 respectively) (2) The nursing cost of PPV in 3 phases were as follows, (a) Pre-operative nursing was 498.28 baht. This cost included the labor cost, the material cost, and the capital cost (308.46, 77.10 and 112.72 baht or 2.74 : 0.68 : 1 respectively), (b) Operative nursing cost was 15,076.01 baht.
